Food was not good. The rolls were delicious but seem to have shrunk since we were last there. Chicken was dry. Tenders had an odd taste. Salad was full of water and tasted odd. Potato soup was delicious as always. Service was excellent even though the server had the entire bar and 5 tables full of people. We did not notify management of food issues because we figured it was probably an off night. Hopefully we can give it another chance and update the review done the road.

Let me start off by saying, waitress was phenomenal absolutely loved her quick service. The food absolutely terrible. Chicken strips we’re not even chicken strips. Deep fry bread roll. Now the ribs…. Have you ever touched a cats tongue? That’s about how dry those ribs were. Fries were completely nothing but grease.Salad was fresh. And the stuffed crab was pretty good, but it was frozen and so was the shrimp.Raffle dry dry dry dry dry you should put a dry warning on your food so the weather man knows. And my husband learn what fermented lemonade taste like today…..

The food was okay, but our server Tai made it great! She was super nice and made us laugh all night. I couldnt have been more happy with my server experience :)

My husband and I are very picky, my husband mainly. We had a $25 gift card, it's been several years since either one of us have eaten here. Our server was Tai, she had her own little thing going on. She was very nice and polite, stayed on top of our drinks along with how everything tasted. The food was great! We will definitely be returning.

First I want to say the service and friendliness was excellent. Zero problems there. They were so nice I hate to even post this but I feel I have to. First of all, If you are coming bc you remember how good the rolls were- I'll save you a trip...the rolls are so bad now. They taste like playdoh. The kids pizza is awful. My husband got the chicken tenders and really liked them though. But the worst part was at the end of the meal I look into my water and see a baby roach floating on top. I quietly showed the manager and she was so kind. They gave us a huge discount on the meal....but she thought it was most likely a fruit fly. I'm sorry, but it definitely wasn't. I googled baby roaches and found the exact look alike is a German roach baby. I know things happen but that was very unappetizing. Like I said the manager was so kind about it and hopefully if they have a problem with roaches it will be addressed.

My bacon cheese burger is nothing like the picture on the menu. The club sandwich isn’t supposed to be on a baguette bread. The fries are awful! If you’re charging more for the food, make sure to keep the portions and sizes the same! What a huge disappointment and a big waste of money!

I have never left a bad review on a restaurant until now. O'Charleys used to be a favorite, not too sure anymore. Ate in once and ordered to go once in the past 3 months. I understand all too well about staff shortages, etc. but both times there were only less than a handful of people eating. The place just needs a good over allcleaning and brightening up. Everything was dusty, the hostess stand was junky, lots of personal items laying everywhere, coats, boxes, trash, it just looked...overlooked and sloppy. It's a beautiful restaurant, but feels dark and unclean.Food quality was way below what I'm used to. I ordered the potato soup, it was very thick and had a gummy texture with only a couple pieces of potato (no joke) It was my hubby's bday and I ordered him the Carolina Gold chicken sandwich. He received an extremely well done bacon cheeseburger. The once-famous rolls were just white, and unappealing. Those used to be baked golden and were gobbled up at the table. We finished off his bday meal with a piece of caramel pie, which was delicious, but was all over the container. I only live 3 miles away, and was cautious driving.I know restaurants have taken a hit since Covid has reared its ugly head, but a clean reception/wait and dining area, and neat-looking wait staff will go a long way with customers, and honestly just takes some attention to detail and elbow grease.O'Charleys is an American staple, I think they're just missing the mark on a few correctable levels.

In planning our field trip Amanda Collins was wonderful. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When we arrived, our food was ready with names at each place seating for the students. They were willing to total up each check individually so students could learn about paying and tipping in the real world. The students raved about the food, and said they were going back with their families.

Never left a review on any restaurant all over the world….. however, this one deserves it. Called in a to go order and answered by Devon. I could not have been more pleased with his professionalism as well as humor. Lots of energy and enthusiasm. The order was perfect with all of the side items as well. Will be back for sure. Thank you Devon!

The food was cooked well, but had way to much salt for liking.I got the steak & Salmon with mashed sweet potato & broccoli.Service was good and everything came out in a timely manner.

First time visit, thinking we could catch a quick burger, but ended up having some appetizers while we waited that were not very good. Pickles tasted frozen and fried not fresh and the artichoke dip was very small with a lot of chips and not very flavorful. I had a great salad and my husband had a steak. Also a very tasty cocktail , which was unexpected. The food was better than the apps and the service was adequate, and very personable. We asked them to put a rush on our food to make our concert and they were very accommodating and pleasant.

A few years back this was a great place to eat. Today we walked in and although their were only three other tables dining, we had to wait a few minutes on the hostess. About the hostess, she looked very unkept and unprofessional. She literally had greasy hair. On our way to the table, some tables we passed were dusty, etc. Our server didn’t come for a while once we were seated. I’m not sure I if it was a miscommunication or what, but the same thing happened to another table and we heard their server saying a miscommunication was the reason for their extended wait. While the food was “fine” it just didn’t rise to the high expectations I used to have for this location. I didn’t see the female restrooms, but my husband mentioned the men’s were very dirty. Conclusion, I do t know what happened but this O’Charleys just isn’t why it used to be.

They don't have chicken pot pies anymore. That was one of their best offerings...
