I am always reluctant to eat at chain restaurants due to not knowing how long the food has been frozen and not having the fresh taste.The Johnson City TN location exceeded my expectations. Everything tasted amazing! As a former server I kind of have high standards. Our server was phenomenal. We did not need to ask for anything. She was intuitive and brought refills, extra bread sticks and boxes.
This chain restaurant is very consistent on fast and friendly service. A great lunch menu selection that gives you a meal that can even have you taking home leftovers. We don't eat at this location regularly but we know that when we go there we know that we will be happy with that decision. A meal at Olive Garden on the lunch menu including the tip is about the same cost as a chain hamburger restaurant meal for two located across the boulevard and you won't have any leftovers from that place, lol.
