The steak had no flavor to me. The blooming onion was to crunchy ruined the flavor of that too. And broccoli was to hard. Not gonna be going back.

My waiter Corbit, made a great experience for my wife and son. I can’t express in words how his demeanor made us forget about a difficult situation that we have been going through and allow us to enjoy something as simple as a meal. He is an asset to Outback.

This Outback location has gone to the dogs. The food is very disgusting. The steak I ordered tasted burnt and bitter. The lobster tail smelled very fishy. Even the butter for the bread was spoiled. They ruined a special occasion. The glory days of Outback are now just a memory.
Service definitely needs some work. We walk into an empty bar with no service and wait up to 1o minutes to be even greeted. Place needs some updating, and with the number of similar restaurants in the area, there are many other options that i would recommend! Dont be in a hurry if you are going here!

My sister and I went to have lunch after a stressful time shopping at Sams.We were greeted with a big smile and a very friendly lady.The server (Kara) was at our booth immediately! Very pretty blonde and friendly. We ordered drinks and got them in less than a minute.My sister ordered steak (well done) coconut shrimp & loaded baked potato.I ordered steak (medium) grilled shrimp & loaded baked potato. After about 7-8 minutes the food arrived.I saw my steak and instantly knew…It was 100% perfectly cooked. The shrimp was nicely grilled and the potato looked like the one in the menu! My sister’s food was perfect as well. This was probably the most perfect meal I have had in a long time. This location has a bunch of nice people and cooks that should be commended for a perfect meal! Your manager is doing an outstanding job having such good employees! Simply Outstanding!!!!!

I am disappointed to say that the Outback Steakhouse has gone extremely downhill. My blooming onion was left in the oil way too long and came to me very dark and bitter. The cheesy fries were not good either. The waitress was so nice and very attentive. She took those two appetizers off our bill. Very nice but not expected. The main meal was sub-par. The steak ( prime rib) was cooked correctly ( med rare), but it had no taste whatsoever and was very hard to chew. We got a scoop of potatoes ( as in ice cream), not the normal serving spoon full. The mushrooms I ordered on the side were floating in some kind of gravy, and we're off in taste. What happened to fried mushrooms on the side.Suffice to say I was VERY disappointed in my meal and I will no longer be going back.I hope the waitress finds a new job in a much better establishment. She's a rare gem when it comes to waitresses.
