Service has always been good. I really appreciate that they'll make lunch food in the morning. I get thinking about a JR Pal with cheese often.The only complaint I could ever have is that the food can be meh sometimes. Bread will taste old or burnt, fries salted too heavily , or tea tasting old and sour. This is only every once and awhile and typically when they're busy.Avoid trying to eat here during lunch hours, they will be lined up out in the road sometimes.Overall, I feel like Pals is generally a better deal than other burger places like BK, or Hardee's.

Pal's has the best burgers in town. Food is made fresh as you order. I have been here many time and have only had 1 time where they forgot to put an item in the bag. Other than that, they always do a phenomenal job.

I don’t get it. Food tastes frozen. Somehow there’s always a line in the drive through so maybe it’s just me but not my favorite. Service is good and friendly however.
