The service I received was outstanding, especially considering there was only one person running the place. The food we got was very different from our experience even a year ago. We got chicken Alfredo and it was extremely salty and seemed to be a much smaller quantity for a family pack. The atmosphere, well, I guess it was as good as could be expected considering this was a mini location and there were only five or so tables to sit at. It was clean though.

28.11 for one medium cheese pizza (no extra cheese) and 8 piece boneless wings. $30 is more than twice what this meal should be. Store offered no take out silverware and forgot the wing sauce

Called a couple days ago around 11:30 and attempted to order something for delivery as I was stuck at work without a break and couldn’t leave. The guy who answered the phone first told me that I could not have extra cheese because “there’s no option on the computer to add it”. Then he told me that I couldn’t have my food delivered because it had to cost more than $15. So I just gave up and hung up the phone. I’ll order lunch from a place that will honor customer requests and will actually deliver. Clearly they did not want my money.

First let me say I love Pizza Hut and my food was absolutely delicious as always. I don't like to leave any negativity but I feel the people here could use some coaching on sanitation. Your cell phone has no business anywhere near where food is being prepared or served. It's pointless to put gloves on and touch a nasty cell phone. Ugh! That's why I have stoped eating out at most restaurants I don't feel sanitation is enforced like it was when I worked in food service. This needs to be addressed ! Thank you !? ?
If you're in the area, make sure to get your pizza from Roan Street!! Fast and efficient, super friendly and helpful! They make sure everything is perfect before they let you leave the store!! Much better than the rude manager at the gray location

First, they were no help with the book it promo. Secondly, ordered a pizza with bbq sauce. Pizza is dry and super thin (ordered original crust) and NO BBQ sauce on the pizza at all. Instead they included a side cup of bbq sauce. Needless to say, we won't be back to pizza hut. Very disappointed. Used to be good pizza.
