I ordered 7 of the 6 piece Honey BBQ chicken wings and a 14 piece chicken tenders family meal(which only had 11 and 1/2 tenders) I had to wait 31 minutes for my order and it was horrible and cold. They said the health inspector was there and the reason it took so long was they could only cook so much at one time. This is a picture of the BBQ wings. You can't see any BBQ sauce because there was hardly any on them. I called customer service but could not talk to anyone. I had to text them for 30 minutes. My order was almost $70 and all they gave me was a $15 credit on my next order. I go there at least twice a week but NEVER AGAIN!!!

I’ve had Popeyes in multiple states and always loved it. From the very first day this location opened, I’ve been disappointed with the quality of the food, but it was good enough to semi enjoy. My girlfriend asked me to go through the drive-thru to pick her up some food, and I arrived one hour before closing time. There was no one in the parking lot and only one car in front of me. It took them 5 to 7 minutes to get that person taken care of. I pull up to the speaker and they tell me it’s going to be a few minutes. I wait 5 to 7 minutes More and they finally asked me what I want. I told them a 3 piece and they told me they didn’t have any chicken prepared and they would have to make it fresh and it would be another 12 minutes and asked if that was ok. Of course, I said no and drove off. This place is a complete joke.

Waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes to find out they was out of half the menu! When I finely got to place my order and drive around to pay. The worker was extremely rude when asking for 1 extra BBQ sauce . I politely explained ,"I had been waiting in drive thru over 15 and had to keep changing my order,cause they did not have the items and now I CANT get 1 BBQ sauce for the 40$ worth of chicken I paid for!P.s I will tell everyone I know about how bad this location is

Did Uber. I have NEVER had our complete order. This time No Cole slaw, no cocktail sauce and no straw for the drink. I know it's petty but we have been missing other menu items.

This has to be the worst Popeyes I've ever been too. Always out of product. Takes forever to get your food on the off chance they have what you want. I seriously have no idea how they are still in business.
I liked driving through here but after seeing the inside, I'll never be back.Ceiling is molding and I'm afraid to think what's inside the ice machine. Had to throw away the food & drinks to be safe.There's absolutely zero way to report this to corporate to get it fixed. The health department will need to get involved.

If you get past the unfriendly employees the restaurant itself is pretty nasty. The man that took our order just kind of wandered to the front and glared at us without saying anything. When we sat down we noticed the ceilings are covered in mold. Definitely won't be back here.

Went inside and waited 20 minutes just to get acknowledged and finally got to order then she informed us that the dining room would be closing in 20 minutes so we just had it made to go but they really need a register for dine in and someone taking care of the online orders, maybe they are just short staffed and paid to upgrade to Mac n cheese and it was just a big blob of cheese and grease?
