The service and food we received was great . The only problem I had was we drove from out of town to eat seafood and when I ordered popcorn shrimp they were out of it . How can a sea food restaurant be out of popcorn shrimp?

Had a good meal, good service.It used to be you could get an economical dinner in a chain restaurant. It just seems to me that prices have gotten quite a bit higher.

Very difficult feeling coming in as a former server from years ago, but Ashley made the whole experience worth it. She did an amazing job and made everything perfect for me. Although the company has declined, it’s good to know there’s some great bartenders and people like Ashley still employed there.

Ok. We have ate here many times. Had a very bad experience here a while back. Fortunately this trip was better. But not by much. I ordered the all you can eat shrimp.... got one serving and that was it. Waited about 20 minutes and had the waitress come out and apologize for not having it. She explained it'd be another 20 minutes!!! We just took the check, paid and left. Food was really good that we did get. But that was not acceptable. Very disappointed. The service was the failure. Not the waitress. She was very good. But she was not able to bring out food they clearly didn't have ready.
I went in for my lunch hour today When the waiter came and asked if I was waiting on someone I said yes but I was going ahead and placing an order since we were on our lunch break. The Waiter walked off I waited another 5 min by then my guest arrived. Waiter came around took our order 8 min later by this time I had been there over 25 min I told the waiter to bring my check with the food I was on my break. We waited another 10 min still no food or check I had to flag someone down I had to leave. Waiter brought my check and walked off I had to leave my card to pay for a meal that I didn't get to eat with my guest to take care of it so I can get back to work on time. This is the worst visit I have had and for the price of things I had to pay for something I didn't get to eat or enjoy!!!

Very disappointed in tonight's meal. Our daughter took us to dinner here and the food was terrible. I got the endless shrimp that I've been hearing on the radio for weeks now. The coconut shrimp was far from the jumbo they advertise and was over cooked. And the skewered shrimp were pieces of rubber on a stick. The shrimp in garlic and butter were tiny and tasted a tad off. I waited another 20minutes for our unfriendly waitress to show up with my next order of shrimp. Which honestly I didn't even want but daughter paid for endless shrimo so i figured id try them all. Took forever to get the next refill. Speaking of refills we were never asked if we wanted refills on drinks. Until we were leaving. Daughter and husband got the 7oz.sirloins neither were cooked correctly and they were small and tasteless. Broccoli was to hard to eat. My so called pilaf rice were like small bits of plastic. The Brussel sprouts were good and the busquits were amazing. I can't stress how bad everything was. We will not be returning. We don't mind paying good money for good food but this wasn't it. Also there was no kid menu...Grandaughter had the Mac and cheese and didnt like it. :(

Service is the reason for the low review. Started out ok then went downhill like a semi truck on a 90 degree hill with no brakes. First off I hate Pepsi but love Red Lobster so if I run out of a drink and it is Pepsi...that means you are not doing your job. While we were telling the waitress our order she just kind walked off and talked to us from across the section. Not at all impressed with the service. Her attitude affected the atmosphere. We ran out of biscuits and waited over 10 minutes for refills. The food was amazing and hot. So the low star is for service and the atmosphere she created. I do recommend Red Lobster and I wish I had gotten her name but her attitude ruined the moment.
