While we were placing our order the lady kept asking “is that all?” Which is normally fine but we kept having to repeat our order. Once our food and drinks got brought out my child’s drink was sideways in the drink carrier and spilling everywhere. She did not try to ask if she could help or even replace it just handed us drinks that were spilling. I wish I could give a better rating but unfortunately that’s not the case and I would not recommend this place just based of the service and interactions we encountered.

It's a great Sonic location and the food's good the customer service is great you don't have to wait very long and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend.

This place is usually amazing to stop and grab a bite to eat! But the other day I stopped and grabbed some popcorn chicken and tater tots, and the chicken was not cooked all the way, and the tots were cold. I was highly disappointed as I was looking forward to that meal!!!

Manager has this place ran really well. Clean facility, fast service ,and friendly smiling car hops. Probably the best Sonic in East TN. Y’all should teach the ones in Chatt how to do better! Overall, great drinks and slushes! ??
