We pulled in stall 22 pushed the button nobody answered. So we waited a few seconds. Then we was waiting for another 10 mintues. So we pulled into stall 14 pushed the button and still waited and waited. We seen other people pull in and have there order taken. We weren’t even acknowledged. I used to work at a sonic and this wasn’t very good customer service at all. If you don’t wanna do your job then find somewhere else not that hard.

Just went through there after ordering a beverage only via the app (because they're always half price on the app!). I added a tip on checkout. Though the drink came to my car about ten minutes later than it was scheduled, I have to give kudos to the carhop. She not only apologized for the wait (which I didn't mind because I could see how busy they were), she also thanked me for the tip I had added when I ordered. Her courtesy really made my day!

I'm only giving them two stars because I understand the wait time because they're understaffed but the managers are very rude also super unstaffed understaffed and the car hops aren't that friendly I just ordered mozzarella sticks and ocean water and my ocean water tasted like it have been sitting in, so did my mozzarella sticks they had no cheese pull whatsoever I don't recommend working or eating here!

Not go back again so I went to Taco Bell and I got my food there pass this place up if you are hungry cause they don't care about customer service at all they go right by and I asked if someone was going to take my order she said they would get me soon as they could never happen this place sucks for customer service

It's not that hard to follow a drink order I ordered a route 44 coke zero extra real cherries and extra ice ... I got light ice cherry syrup which I hate no real cherries. I think for now on I'll go to the other side of town. They did fix my order after she tried to bring me a cup of ice with a couple of cherries I said no I want my order right dude.
