The people are great, they fix your order fast even with specific requests and it is reasonably priced. I really enjoy their sandwiches. I recommend.

Everytime I come here something goes wrong. Everytime I have gone through the drive through my order has been made incorrectly. Two times I've come in and have been charged and wrung up for the wrong meals. I eat out probably more than I should, and I don't complain often but it getting a bit crazy especially for how expensive it's gotten it should at least be made properly

we went in to order and the card machine was broken, so we placed an online order. while sitting and waiting for the order, the two girls working were whining and complaing because there were online orders coming in and standing talking instead of getting the orders done. i dont know their names but one had red in her hair and the other had light brownish hair. they were just overall complaining a lot and it kind of ruined our experience. i understand being short staffed and having a lot of orders, ive worked a similar job. but it takes only a few minutes to make the food instead of being mad the orders keep coming then being mad because "we wont get off early tonight".

My order was horrible. The sandwich order was incorrect. Substitutions were not approved. So now I am out $20 for food I cannot eat.I tried to call the store and no one answered. It rang for 15 mins then picked, the staff then hung up the phone.

Ordered meatball sub. Meatballs were burnt. Like they didn't know when they served it. Why? The sandwich "artist" I spoke to said they were too busy to give me a refund. Why? Worst Subway ever.

In agreement with Chloe below.The last two times I came to the drive through, I placed an order and sat waiting.The first time, the worker informed me very politely that it was her alone working and she had to move between the front and the drive through. So i just let her know to cancel my order (if someone is alone and overworked, im not going to contribute to their burden)The second time I just waited 10 minutes and then drove off.If you don't have enough staff, you should close the drive through (or the lobby).If staff "calling out" is the issue. I recommend creating an incentive for employees who rarely "call out"I quit my fast food job because I got paid the same as people who didnt work as hard as me, and who called out a lot (every time they called out, i had to work harder anyway, so I should "cannibalize" some of the pay they would have gotten.

I’ve travelled from California to North Carolina so I’ve been to quite a few subway locations. This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to. This is only the third time I’ve been to this location and the last two times have been a joke. The food tastes terrible and the options aren’t what they should be. I’m torn on the staff because they are nice and polite but they also don’t care about how to make a sandwich. Highly disappointed and will never go back.

I ordered a sandwich on January 8th. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before going in and getting the sandwich. The sandwich was stale and the tomato’s should’ve been thrown out yesterday.The management needs to assign someone to the window. This is the second time I’ve waited for 10-15 minutes on a sandwich that was already made when the store was empty. The first time I waited at the drive through the employee was very kind and professional. The second time I had to go inside the store — defeating the whole purpose of the drive through. Management needs better training themselves before they can train their employees.

They were out of all bread except wheat. How do you run out of bread when you make it? They also were out of small pizza crusts. When I got my change it was 65 cents worth of nickels. Apparently they ran out of other coins as well. Not a great impression. The food was decent.

I ordered a sandwich with extra veggies. This order is saved to my app, so I *know* what the sandwich is supposed to look like. That is not what I got. Instead of extra vegetables (or extra ANYTHING) I got a ham sandwich with only half the veggies I ordered, and very little of those. The bread was fresh, so they get a star for that, and the drive thru was nice, so they get a star for that, too, but that's it. I'm sadly disappointed as I've never had my favorite sandwich botched so drastically.

They were out of several sandwich ingredients. They have one of those pick your flavor combination soda machines but it was out of most options. The restaurant was very dirty but the staff were nice.
