Worst service I've ever had experienced at a Texas Roadhouse. The waiter was nice but the persons doing the seating/waiting list was extremely rude, lied several times to several people, and clearly let others who arrived later get seated before hose who were waiting longer. I asked to speak with th manager twice (as did two others). Manager NEVER came. Food was good though lol

First visit at this Texas Roadhouse location in Johnson City Tennessee. Love this chain restaurant because it's pretty consistent on the quality of the food and service by all of the staff that work there. The go to order for the wife and I is the appetizer/starter of fried pickles with a side of their awesome ranch dressing. Our entree order was the smokehouse burger with fries that's big enough for us to split. Everything came out exactly as we ordered and left us knowing that we weren't going to be eating anything heavy that evening at home. Looking forward to our next visit at this restaurant already.

We ordered $65 worth of burgers and fries and a dozen rolls to go. The burgers and rolls were good but we got about 50 cents worth of fries in each order. I have never ordered to go from a restaurant and get such a small amount of fries! Not happy! It ruins your meal when you don't feel like you get what you paid for!
