Lizz C. was absolutely fantastic! Her service and her attention to the customers was outstanding! She served a small company team event we had and she was just amazing. I had to call the store before going there for the event itself and she was extremely helpful when I was on the phone with her. When we got to Tiebreakers, she was super attentive to us and got us our drinks and appetizers. Lizz made this experience wonderful. The food and games were also top notch!

$55 for a pizza with no toppings is insane....it's not even little Caesars quality...fun games but bring a fat wallet...I would rather go to Chuck E cheese....

Very fun! A little pricey but, still worth it! Arcade, bowling, pinball, and soon, Lazer tag! Arcade attendants are very kind. The food is also very good. Drinks are well balanced and delicious. Sierra, the waitress, was an absolute doll! We will be back!Kid-friendliness: A child's dream come true!

We had a delay getting food but manager adjusted bill without our asking. Food was great. Things happen but having a willingness to own it means a lot.

Went there for the first time today with a few friends. Arrived shortly after opening, we were seated right away, server came up instantly, we felt a little rushed with the approach that she took, we explained to her that it was our fist time there. We asked her what drink she suggested with the cotton candy vodka, which was the cotton candy martini. 2 of us ordered that, one ordered an old fashioned and one ordered a cotton candy sunrise. It took quite a while for us to get our drinks, yet we seen them sitting at the bar which we were seated right next to. 3 drinks came but it took even longer for the 4th drink to arrive, and again, saw it at the bar sitting there. I was not impressed with the cotton candy martini, it tasted heavy on the lemon and very little on the cotton candy. We placed our food order, I got the breakfast burger which advertised an over easy egg, that was probably the driest burger I’ve ever had and the egg was well done, not over easy. Friend got the black bean burger and it was burnt. The other 2 seemed to like their food pretty good. Server took forever to come back and check on us. We placed an order for a few more drinks, 2 of us ordered “the fluff” shot which after waiting over 15 minutes for, the server came back and told us they were out. 2 friends ordered a mic ultra which sat at the bar for probably 20 minutes before the server brought them to the table. We all paid separately, 2 checks were completely messed up, we explained they were not right and she took care of it. Once the cards were brought back she had charged 2 orders to the wrong card. The lack of good service and less than sub par food let’s me know not to go there to eat. We did bowl afterward and the lady at the bowling was extremely friendly and we had a nice time. The amount of arcade games they offer is nice. I’ll definitely be back at some point to play some games and bowl, but that’s it.

Food made me sick, reload machines don't work, prizes, food and games including bowling and DONT rent the party area it's ridiculously high you may need to take out a second mortgage ???... Honest I'll just head to Pigeon forge and go to DAVE AND BUSTERS instead.Parking: Absolutely horrendous... spaces are way to close and there needs to be and area for those trucks they stick out in the parking lot.. I've seen the damage this has caused.

The largest ? you can find in the area! The wings are good and the Salmon is excellent. Their are definitely some areas for improvement in the bar area and a few that believe they are above serving their guests! Be patient when eating and expect service to be a little slow, but worth the wait! Great place for birthday parties and special occasions!

I would not recommend the tacos. I asked for a menu so I could order something else but by that point my wife was almost done eating her dinner so I just threw in the towel and got something else on the way home. Sure it was a special but I wouldn’t offer it if this is what you are gonna serve. I’ve never laughed at a meal when then put it in front of me. Scooped all the meat and lettuce into one taco and it still fit. Only reason the food got a 2 is because my wife’s meal was decent to her (Caesar salad with steak).

My husband and I had our granddaughter for the day during her Spring break and wanted to do something fun with her, so we opted for Tiebreakers. I will start with a warning that this place can be expensive, but it is so much fun. We ate lunch in their restaurant and the food and service was surprisingly good.

Visited here with a friend and ordered a pizza to share. The pizza is huge and tasty. It's not exceptional, but it's good for the price and atmosphere. They have a fairly diverse menu for whatever else you may be craving. The arcade is a lot of fun! The games were in working order and not too crowded for a Thursday evening. There is also a bowling alley. We didn't play but it looks fun.
