I ordered a food item andi couldnt make up my mind which smoothie to get. In one min i decieded i was standing right there and they wouldnt give me the discount on the smoothie like advertisted. The girl who took my order was standing right there! Im also a veteran. The girls where also rude. I need to speak to the owner if he cares bc im a loyal customer

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have never came online to leave a review, but after my experience, I could not help it. Came through the drive through today and ordered a chicken quesadilla. My food was very cold and I had to pull two 6 inch pieces of brown hair out of my mouth after taking one bite ?. I am so disgusted. I usually eat here at least once or twice a week. I can deal with the rude employees, but the hair in my food has ruined one of my favorite places to eat. I will never eat here again. I am horrified ?

Came through the drive through at 7:30 ish to pick up an order. One of my first times door dashing, I'm left at the window for a few minutes until a young woman with glasses comes up slams the window open and says "can I help you" In a super snotty tone.. I told her "hi I have an order" and showed her, she threw rhe window back, came back and pretty much put the order in my face and said "You have to come inside next time" and slammed the window and walked away.. first experience at this place and dashing. Very friendly lol

Absolutely RUDE!!!! SO FREAKING RUDE!!! how do they not have change at 1 IN THE AFTERNOON?! Like excuse me? And the manager is a really rude person so so disrespect. She came to the window ready to cause problems and did NOTHING to solve the simple issue of change. Customer service SUCKS. I cannot believe this place is still up and going. SUCKS. very inexperienced management. Has NO CLUE how to run a buisness and VERY unprofessional.
