Night shift purposely messes food up so you don't come back, I work nights in fast food too so I understand it sucks but this is ridiculous just quit if you hate it that bad.

Food is very good and fresh, if there not out of something, Mainly chili. Alot of times you ask for a military discount, they don't give it to you, if you check your receipt.Not very friendly, just a job.

Drive thru line everytime I come is 30 to 40 min wait. Never ever go here if your on a time limit. I understand sometimes but not everytime for months. I see this store shutting down in time due to poor management. More people leave the drive thru than actually goes threw it.

First of all, I really didn’t want to make this review because that means that really mean Wendys employee won Thursday night I went through there made an order at 12:20 AM at night. They are open until one know if they would’ve pulled me through the window telling me that they were short stuff I would’ve been OK but they left 20 cars in the drive-through before close. I came up to the speaker after 20 minutes of waiting because I made a mobile order. They told me that their systems were down and they didn’t know that there were cars outside……. They have windows……. I just want to say I looked at them and I said OK then the lady on the speaker said yes so I’m so sorry about that then stopped talking because she cut off her speaker. I know this because I’ve worked fast food before so I pull forward to the window because I don’t know what’s going on I get to the window and they tell me that they are now closed because of now 40 minutes of waiting because I made a mobile order and I didn’t want what exactly happened to happen where I don’t get refunded so I’m obviously upset at this point because what have they been doing? I know that they do meth in this Wendy’s but come on. And so long story short I didn’t get my money back and I was treated horribly at the window. They flipped me off and told me to leave because they’re not arguing with me even though they gave me the worst customer experience and they were still open.
This place takes FOREVER to get your food!! Heavily understaffed!! It’s the closest Wendy’s to me, so I still eat here quite often. As of 01/01/24 there is a new drive-thru attendant that was helpful and polite. Way better than a month ago, when you couldn’t even get a napkin without being treated like you were asking them to push the button for annihilation during DEFCON 1. Food was well prepared, AS ORDERED. So they have stepped it up! If they actually had a full crew I would probably give them 4 stars. But they will have to really improve to reach 5 star level.

It was clean. Had not been to Wendy's for years. The burger was not good as I remember. The French fries were way to salty. The Frosty was still good. But....a single combo over $10.??? I could have gone to a sit down restaurant, where they wait on me for that price.
