The food was delicious. I got there big wave burrito and something that was fried balls with octopus. Both very good. Only problem is that the girls there make you feel like they don't want you to be there and wouldn't speak up so I couldn't hear them.

Located along State of Franklin in the Earth Fare shipping center, there is easy access as well as plenty of parking. Some parking is adjacent to the building, but most is across a traffic lane. There are several handicapped spaces near the entrance.Walking in, you start your order and walk down the assembly line as they create your meal. you can order from their menu posted on the wall, or create your own combination. We had the Ahi Tuna and the Molokai bowls. While each combination is different, all have fresh ingredients in common. All ingredients look and taste fresh, and the servers assemble the bowls into a visually pleasing arrangement.This is an easy recommendation, both for the quick service as well as the very good food.

Adore this place. Service and food is great.Can be a bit pricey but the value is definitely there. If you like spicy food the wasabi aioli is to die for.

I love sushi, so I wanted to like this, but I couldn't get into the weird flavor combinations. I got a bowl and two different burritos.

The few times I've been here, I was delighted after I finished my meal. Burritos and sushi are two of my favorite things to eat, so combining the two is a winner for me. I do doubt the freshness of the fish, considering we are a 6 hour drive from the ocean. I love it anyway.

So good. Love the food here. There's a ton of ingredient options to meet anyone's dietary needs or preferences. They have predetermined recipe choices, but being able to create your own custom combinations is especially appealing to me. I will definitely stop by again next time I'm in Johnson City. Highly recommended!

Great food, and I want to keep ordering. I like doing mobile pickup though, and there are a lot of issues.I wanted to email the company instead of doing a 1 star review but the website had no email. Also the Facebook link on the website leads to "square space" which seems to not have anything to do with the restaurant???I did an online order, and mango wasn't an option (I put it in the special instructions and they added it though)There also wasn't an option to add a fountain drink online. So I added a rockstar energy drink, which they did not have in stock when I showed up, so I just got a fountain drink instead.I will change the review to 5 stars if the company emails or responds to me and hopefully fixes their online ordering. I will probably be a 2x a month at least customer, this place makes a great meal.Someone really just needs to audit the Chownow online ordering menu, and also have an email available on the website
