I had order a salad and spring rolls didn't get any dipping sauce didn't get any salad dressing and did not get a fork. I called them as I did not have time to return I'm a 30-minute lunch the manager sent gentleman to my job with a free meal ticket extra egg roll salad dressing of fork napkins and dipping sauce for the egg rolls for this reason I will continue to go to zaxby's! His name is Matt he is the manager and has the absolute best customer service I've had in my whole life I give you five stars!

Finally got to try the Chicken Bacon Ranch Fries, after watching the commercials for months... And it was amazing!! Also ordered 2 Egg Rolls with Sweet n Spicy sauce.. Everything was wonderful! The service was pleasant and the dining room was very clean. Even the bathrooms were sparkling. I have nothing but great things to say! Keep it up!!

Matt the general manager was wonderful! While looking at the menu we told him we were from out of town and had never been to a Zaxby's. After we ordered our food he brought my husband and I each a piece of chicken with all the different sauces to try. He was wonderful and friendly would 100 recommend coming to this location and to try Zaxby's if you haven't.

Matt Amos at this location went above and beyond to help us. We wanted traditional wings and they was out. He apologized and said we could go across town. But then suggested he could use another not breaded chicken in the sauce we wanted and even cut it up for us. This is what you call great customer service.
