Sat in lane 2 for several minutes just to be told that I had to circle around an get in the other line, but had no sign or anything specifying that lane 2 was closed. Left an went to taco bell with my money, not getting in line again after 4 other cars filled that line while I waited to be told lane 2 was closed. Customer service is their job, won't be back and will be contacting corporate since the only sign posted says any lane, any time.

We drive to this Cookout from a nearby town and always look forward to the food. I love the grilled BBQ chicken sandwich and the quesadillas. The sweet tea is always awesome and the staff working the drive through are very friendly. We often eat in the car in the parking lot, watching the traffic stream through Jonesboro! Thanks Cookout for an affordable restaurant with great food!

Super friendly. My wait was several minutes because they were short staffed because of the weather. The manager came and apologized and everyone that I encountered friendly and accommodating. I always liked cookout, but I felt this was sweet of them to offer me help because of the wait.

Messed up the order 3 times gave my mom jalapenos on the Burger, it was ok, and staff was very rude.
When the first opened everything was pretty good now it seems like every time I go thru there they screw up my order actually worse than McDonald's my wife stopped in the way home and got everyone food mine was supposed to be cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard and 2 snack wraps instead I got a plain burger and 2 order of fires and didn't know it till I got home so wasn't gonna drive all the way back so I guess I get what I get and this isn't the first or second time this has happened

We absolutely loved this place tonight I had the 2 hotdogs tray with cheese bites and Cajun fries. Dogs was awesome fries was fresh hot and crispy. Cheese bites was crisp and hot I have zero complaints. My wife had the bbq tray with slaw and fries hers was hot and fresh aswell. We ended our meals with a peanut butter shake and she had the peach shake. In the words of the terminator "I'll be back"...........

My husband went through the drive thru and after a long wait was given the wrong order. When he approached the cashier she said yeah what do you want. Very rude people and terrible service. We have been to many other cookouts over the years and they have been excellent this one needs an overhaul on the way its being run. Will not go back. My husband called corporate but of course nothing was done and it still continues to go downhill.
