my delivery driver was rude, and my pizza was cold and soggy when it got here. Carollynn was very kind and refunded our order and gave us a credit for the inconvenience of our delivery driver and made sure we were happy and taken care of!
There was no sauce on the pizza. 3 of the slices had nothing on it. Literally straight crust. That's it.

So I know my stars my rating is a little might be confusing but William and I think her name was Trinity I hope I get her name right was amazing at Domino's in Kimball I was trying to figure out how to get my rewards points cuz I walked in and ordered some pizza I didn't do it online and he actually took time to to help me try to figure out how to get the rewards points and the other guy in there I don't know his name I think he might be a manager which is sad if he is because he does not have any customer service skills at all he's a heavy set gentleman I think he's a manager he's very rude obnoxious he just shook his hands and head at me and told me I could not have anybodys name..I don't know how he keeps his job

Ordered a regular chicken, bacon, and ranch sub. Smelled something funny I found a small piece of pepper took it off. Checked the rest of the sandwich everything looked fine. Ate part of the sandwich and then the whole thing tasted like pepper

Ordered pizza via the mobile app. App said it would take around 30mins. After 30mins arrived at the store and was told to pull around front and wait. After 20 more mins still no pizza. Went inside and was informed that pizzas were taking about an hour to complete. Suggestion to store management would be that time on the app and your in store displays should reflect factual data. Customer service rep was also rude when asked about what was taking so long.

I watched 4 people pull into parking lot, go inside, receive service and leave, by the time he decided to check drive through there were 6 vehicles behind me. When ask about it, the worker got hateful and only wanted my name, no need I won't be back! Terrible customer service!

Burnt cheese with doughy breadOrdered online said ready in 18 minutes and was ready one hour laterFinal straw employees joking they wouldn’t get to leave on time cause two people called out and they stated general mgr wouldn’t come back in to help themLastly the guy handing out the pizzas would prop up and drink water while the guy on the packing table was getting slammed so Thomas would stop making and help him while prop up guy just propped up

It's hit or miss. That's why I'm giving it two stars. If I could give 2 1/2, I would. I think it just depends on who's working that day/night. I'm going to learn how to make my own pizza, because every time I order from here, it just seems to get worse over time.From pizza full of air pockets, to getting the wrong food, to drivers not reading instructions. It just seems to progressively get worse the more time passes by.This isn't JUST about this past delivery I got. It's been an ongoing issue. Like I said, I'm just going to start making my own, and stop being so fat that I have to order from the only pizza place that really delivers (not counting Door Dash).Also, for the delivery drivers everywhere, not just Dominos: If a door swings outward, don't put the food directly in front of the door.
