We ordered the 16 piece bucket family meal with 4 sides and eight Biscuits. Everything was great but they shoved all of Biscuits on top of the chicken in the bucket and smashed them with the lid on top..?? come on kfc, one more bag with fluffy Biscuits would have been ok with us
I was in the drive thru last night, ordered the regular box of chicken and 2 sides. Thought to myself hey I really like those potatoes and gravy and biscuits let's get extra... Silly me. 1 - I didn't check my food before leaving and 2- once home I saw I had 2 sides, a ton of sporks, and NO CHICKEN, and only 1 biscuit. I called, over and over, no answer. I went to the website no "live" agents. How do you forget the chicken at KFC?

Inside takeout. Staff matched what I ordered with combos and did substitutions to minimize my cost. Hot and fresh. I do wish KFC would bake the biscuits a bit longer in all locations.
