I can honestly say that the Smokehouse brisket sandwich is the best thing they have In my opinion. Good service, fast, and yummy. The mint shake is perfect as well.
I stopped at Arby's for a large jamocha shake. It's my favorite shake. I didn't buy any additional items during this visit.

Drive thru order for a Reuben and classic roast beef. Got home and had roast beef on slices of bread loaded with onions instead of a Reuben. They weren't even busy. How do you mess an order up that bad. Ticket clearly stated what was ordered. Sadly also allergic to onions glad I checked it out before taking a bite.Will not be back.

A relaxing little restaurant with accommodating staff conveniently located within walking distance of Allandale Falls Apartments. How close are we talking? I live towards the back of the Apartment Complex and it took me 9 minutes and 45 seconds to walk to this Arby's. Perfect if you want to get some good grub but save cash on Gas. The staff is very chill and polite to the customer. Nowadays a lot of facilities has staff that have an attitude problem, or act entitled like their everyone else... leading to the customer being treated poorly. I'm happy to say that's not the place here. Arby's definitely has the beef and good quality beef too. Their beef is always fresh, and their Crinkle Fries are to die for. As many times as I've been here, I've never really had an issue with this place. Their dining area is clean and so are their bathrooms. Their condiments, soft drink machine, and trash is all conveniently right in the same area for your convenience. This is definitely the kind of place you would want to just come to to sit down and vibe in. All things considered, Dimmy's giving this Arby's 5 Stars out of 5 Stars! Definitely come here if you are a beef lover!EDIT: On numerous occasions I have paid for a LARGE Crinkle Fry and a LARGE Drink, and they game me a Medium. I could tell with the fry because THIS is home many fries you SHOULD have with a Large. No body bothered to correct it. I paid for more food but was given LESS food. Not to mention the Ketchup dispenser is always empty. I would ask them to fill it but I shouldn't have to. That is the job of the employee to keep up with that, NOT the customer. Last time I went I got a Roast Beef Sandwich. The Bun was hard as a rock and the beef was old, crusty and disgusting. They ask you for a name at the time of buying your food. I tell them Mario. They put G on the ticket. Sometimes they ask me what name do I want on the order, I tell them, and they put NOTHING! What's the point of asking the customer for their name if you don't even bother typing it in.But this is the biggest thing you should know, they keep randomly upping the prices of their food. Every time I would go, my meal would be roughly $10, which is kind of high but whatever. Today I go and order the same meal and now it's over $11. I don't see this random inflation at the likes of McDonald's. They cost less for more food too! At one point they said they were doing away with the Large Crinkle fry. It WAS gone for awhile and now it's back. This place is an anomaly and just does whatever it wants. Talk about some bad customer service! I'm now giving this a 1 star.
