Can't decide if the service or the pretzels are worse. They serve burnt nuggets and rhreaten you with a 10min wait if you complain. I expected to pay for sauce but they made me wait for it and gave someone else some who walked right up and asked for free during my wait and still charged me.

Love their pretzel bites and their service is always friendly.Parking: All parking is too far away from food court entrance, especially if you’re just running in for a quick snack. On the plus side, I wouldn’t have gotten the exercise otherwise.

Order a original nugget bucket and it was delicious. The older lady and the kid with funny hat made my day. My only complaint is they need more staff.

I went in and had a miscommunication with one of the employees, I asked to talk to the manager because the boy and me wasn't communicating well. I explained my issue the manager was very sweet and understanding and the pretzels were amazing.

I bought several pretzels recently, (January 2024) they were skinny,hard and cold/old. I couldn't even eat them, very very disappointed. Purchased at the Kingsport Tennessee location in Fort Henry Mall. I will never purchase anything from that location again. Employees were very nice, that is the only good thing I can say.

Never thought id leave a bad review on them but today was ridiculous. They need to do better staffing wise. One poor boy worked alone and was slammed. He tried his best so we weren’t upset with him but we went on one of our lunch breaks and got two cinnamon pretzel nuggets, got back and they were cinnamon and salt yuck! We called and he said he’d fix it when we could get the other one on break to go get it. Mind you, our break is 30 minutes. My coworker went to get it and waited an hour! He hands her burnt nuggets and she said sir these are so burnt I smell them through the bag. He said he fixed them. She gets back and one was correct the other was burnt to a crisp. This is so unacceptable. Losing our pay, our money paying $13 for gross food. Do better. It was to be fixed but ended up worse! Get more employees auntie Anne’s. I wish I would’ve taken a pic of the burnt nuggets before we trashed them. You can clearly see the salt and cinnamon together on these below. SMH.
I stop in 3 to 4 times a week. No matter the time, everything is fresh and the flavors amazing. Lots of choices. Management and staff are courteous, professional, and attentive. This store is always clean and organized and puts out great product.

We got in line around 450 on a Sunday, waited in line for 12 mins while they played with a burnt pretzel dog, only to be told they don't cook anything an hour before closing.
