Service at 1130am on Sunday 4/7/24 was horrible. It took about 11 mins to get an order today in the dining room for a simple steak biscuit combo with borounds. It was apparent they blew past and cleared my order before it was made. After 7 mins of waiting, they finally tried to give me someone else's order and thats when I got to tell them what I had. It took about 4 more minutes for them to get that together. I hold the company responsible for not having enough staff and for having a manager who was apparently inept at delegating staff to juggle the drive-thru and the dining room. They at least gave me a free upsize on my side and two extra items to make amends. Get it together Bojangles of Kingsport!

Went in to order food 2 ladies just looked at me standing at counter no hello or nothing after 5 minutes of so I expressed myself as I walked out with still no response. If business going to do business they need to hire competent employees and teach them some manors

In my 50 years of being on this planet, never have I had such a negative experience with a drive thru restaurant. At the intercom ordering my food, I had to repeat my order 3 times with the woman telling me "that I am in the middle of doing 2 things at the same time". Not the greatest feeling of someone implying to me that I am not important and that my time is not worth the effort. All she had to say was please hold for a moment. I am a patient person.At the window, the woman was pleasant and handed our drinks asking us to park in the open spot and the food will be brought out to us. No worries, done!!! It was weird that no one was behind us, though.The man brought out the food a minute later with a pleasant tone and started to walk back. We discovered that we were missing fries and my wife called out to him before he was inside. No problem, said he will be right back. This is where the experience goes wack-a-doodle.A woman comes out with a bag and a scowl on her face and handed it to me stating that "I need to be more patient as we are training people in there" and walked away. I looked in the bag and the the wrong size fry was in it so I told her that. She said nothing and walked inside where she then came back out with another bag. When she handed me the bag with the correct sized fry, I asked her "Ma'am, what did I say to imply that I was impatient?" She said absolutely nothing and walked away.There was never any implication in my voice that I was impatient so I just wanted to know for my own sake. I would have certainly apologized to any wrongdoing and never have any intention to insult anyone, especially with a tough job such as food service. Never was there any communication of training happening, so how was I to know that new hires were being trained. Again, I completely understand that training has to happen and can slow down the process.After we left to park off site, we realized that both our sandwiches were wrong on multiple levels even though I repeated myself 3 times during the ordering process. It was not worth the effort to go back as I felt that the woman would have been aggressive with us by this point.Never in our life, we have had this level of service. Never have I felt the need to leave a negative review and never have I reached out to the corporate level for fast food.Because of this completely unnecessary and unprofessional behavior, I will never return to this location.

Food was decent. Ordered extra chicken and was told they were out and couldn't make more? It was around 2 pm so no idea why. The girl who took our orders neck was completely purple with hickeys normally I wouldn't say much but for a family restraunt thats trashy. One can be covered with a bandaid but when you're entire neck is covered that's another thing. The girl who gave us our food (well put it out as they didnt even call our number when it was done they just layed it on the counter) was ate up with cold sores which I get happens but... wear gloves or something? From the back you could see a girl on a ladder doing something and one of the cooks (male) slapped her butt... again family restraunt? Just absolute trash and a mess I would not take any children here as it's more similar to a brothel than a restraunt.

Really great staff and management at this specific location. Good is always made fresh when ordered! Manager Furbee makes absolutely sure it's fresh!Kid-friendliness: Activity books/ crayons for the younger kids is always a plus

This is the worst Bojangles for service and having any food prepared. Been here several times and its always a wait to get any help or its always a 20-25 wait for chicken to be done. Been to alot of other locations and never had problems like this one.

No cheese on egg and cheese.. yesterday morning asked for crispy bacon and was very under cooked like the did it on purpose.. I have came here many times on my way to work. I just let it go because I don't want to complain but now getting so expensive and you order egg and cheese, no cheese large sweet tea and charge fur large but give you a small..I want large for the cup to last through work... but either way I'll just bypass for now and go somewhere else, I know they don't care but if they lose more and more every day maybe they will ..ps. last week got 2 sausage biscuits, one had no sausage just a biscuit

Have to go back to get food that is left out,every single time. Then the young girl looks to be running stuff is always hollering “f this or that about trays” have had to wait on one single piece chicken at least 3 different times, which I don’t care to wait that it is fresh or correct but to wait ten minutes then the order be wrong is frustrating.. I would recommend the stone drive location over this one

Nasty lobby nasty bathroom... Employees chilling instead of cleaning up the lobby or bathrooms.. it's just ridiculous.. needs better management to make sure the employees are doing their jobs and not just chilling on their phones and etc.. the food is good when you go at the right time but go when the chilling employees are working and you'll get fries hard as a brick and biscuits that so hard they'll break a tooth..
