My companion and I decided to visit the Burger King on N Eastman Rd because our usual BK had given us cold food in our last two drive thru visits. Tired and hungry, we ordered our favorites to eat in the car, then proceed to our destination after a full day of festivities. We choked it down and carried on. Disappointed.This evening, same scenario at the BK on N Eastman Rd. From experience, the bag didn't feel warm. Likely, the order wasn't either. We tried to enjoy our meal but after the first bite, couldn't. The room temp cheese was not soft and melted. The meat was cold. The cheese tots were tough. All, could have been waiting on the counter for a customer to place the order for quite a while. Disappointed, yes. Aggravated, yes. Sad, yes.A big thanks goes to the gentleman that came to the drive thru window. I couldn't see a name tag. I presume he was the manager. He listened, asked for our receipt, smiled, apologized, and asked us to wait while he took care of our (re)order.In a minute, another smiling, apologizing face asked us to park while waiting for the (re)order.In due time the final smiling, apologizing face brought our freshly assembled (re)order to our car. Examples of true customer service. We were late getting to our destination, but my companion and I finally got to enjoy our BK meals.The employees I dealt with have the ethics of customer service down pat. Others, may need a standard of quality refresher.Thank you, BK team for turning a less -than-satisfied visit around.

Plainly told the lady taking my order what I wanted twice still got it wrong not to mention came off rude taking my order, tried to call to resolve the issue because I only get a short lunch break and didn’t notice till I got it out to eat it no one answered, they’ve lost my business.

I went to B.K. drive-thru to order dinner for my wife and me. When I got to the window to pick up my food, it was an unusually long time before they had it ready. It was nothing complicated, mind you. A Whopper with fries and a Cheeseburger with fries. Of course, both meals came with drinks, and they handed the drinks to me almost right away. But it was possibly 10 minutes before they handed me the bag with the food. In the meantime, cars were lining up behind me. When the bag of food was finally handed to me, I took it and drove home. When we opened the bag, NOTHING was what we ordered except for one order of fries. There was a Whopper Jr., one order of fries, and two orders of chicken nuggets (blech). My wife ate the Whopper Jr. and fries and I choked down part of one order of nuggets. How does anyone eat those things?Anyway, I emailed the address on the receipt and asked to have someone call me. Nobody ever has and I don't really expect them to at this point.

The manager was completely ill prepared to be in that position. The order was wrong . When I took my sandwich back up to the counter she was very obviously angry that I had the audacity to complain about getting the wrong food.
