This is perhaps the best Mexican restaurant in the Tri-Cities. I've been twice now and both times the food was excellent. The food at many Mexican restaurants all tastes the same. Not here. Very good and the portions are large. Service is good, fast and friendly.

Outside of the cheese dip, food not up to par with the better known Mexican restaurants in the area. Service was also lacking. We were the only customers in the entire restaurant and still had issues with our orders and getting refills. Check also ended up being almost double what we spend elsewhere for pretty much nothing. Very disappointed.

Great!!! Started with Chips and Salsa. Chips were warm and fresh and Salsa was the best. We got Chimichanga and tacos which were great. Lime flavored Margaritas tasted wonderful with our meal. Our waitress was very attentive. We will definitely be back.

Excellent Food and Reasonable Prices. I had Chicken Quesadillas and my husband had street type tacos with rice. Salsa and chips were good too. The lady who waited on our table was friendly and anticipated refilling our drinks before being asked. The atmosphere is very nice. Everyone needs to try it out and support our downtown businesses.
All of the delicious Mexican taste you expect with none of the chaos you'll find at competing restaurants in the area. I highly recommend you choose Cancun!

Had a wonderful experience here. Our waiter was on par and very attentive. We were sat within two minutes of walking in. I drinks were order and served within 5 minutes of sitting. The chips were fresh and warm. Also unsalted, which is nice when you can control home much you want on them. The salsa and guacamole was excellent. Our dinner was amazing and very filling for the portions that you got. Paying the bill was easy as ever. There is a fee for using your card. You are made aware of it prior to being seated.Vegetarian options: There is a partial page full of vegetarian options.Parking: Parking does very on how busy downtown Kingsport gets.
