Would like to know days location is actually open have called and was told they were open however have made 2 different trips on days and during time they claim they were open and they were not love the food it is always the best but seem to never be able to catch them open anymore other wise I would have gave 5stars

Called to check on a deliver order. Totally understand that they have to control of the driver but they do have control of the employee that answered the phone and was rude as could be. When ask if my food was going to be eatable the comment was well we are waiting on the driver, if we need to we can remake it. So we shall see. If it’s nasty then I will be calling back to speak with a manager. Rudeness is not acceptable.

It's pretty good and reasonably priced. Think of it almost as a Jimmy John's with hot sandwiches. I've had a few of the options there and my favorite is the jalapeno philly cheesesteak with chicken instead of beef. Service is usually very fast and they've got the chewable ice everyone loves. The food selection at the Ft Henry mall is pretty small so Charley's is probably the best choice there.
Always fresh and delicious! Service is great! Will be glad when this virus is over, and we can go again.

I'm giving 5 stars here in context of what you'd expect from a mall-based restaurant. The revamped Charley's is spot on what you go to Charley's expecting. Since reopening last year under new ownership, we make regular visit to this restaurant. The place is really clean, and the food is excellent. The manager is very hands on making sure customers are satisfied with food and service. If you haven't been to Charley's since the change, you need to give it a try. Very good!

Instead of a bun you can have any grilled sandwich served over fries and it's to die for so good.and flavorful
