I love this store me and my husband visit almost everyday and always have positive interactions with the staff, they are all very friendly, professional, and uplifting which goes a long way especially early in the morning. to the staff thank you all for all you do and the positive impact you make in our lives. HUGE shout out to Tammy, Brittany Walker, Laura, and the young girl that always knows to put cinnamon in my hot coffee xoxo the Cancels.

Oh my gosh it's a hit or miss here whether you have cream filling or not in your donuts.. I mean you're spending $9 almost for half a dozen of donuts. You would think they'd be able to get some cream filling in there.. I asked for some extra filling one time and they said I had to give them 24 or 48 hours notice cuz they're not able to do it on site. The donuts are transported to them already filled..

Horrible customer service from Jennifer. Very sad to see the lack of professionalism from a 50+ year old lady. I attempted to redeem my 900 point free drink just to have it robbed by Jennifer. She claims I ordered the wrong drink, however my 900 points were taken and I paid full price for my order. She was very quick to place blame off onto corporate as they do not control the app. She told me the drink I ordered wasn’t an espresso or a frozen drink. My drink had two shots of espresso in it. 900 points is the highest amount of points you can redeem. After she was no help, I asked if she could make me the “correct drink” since I was charged for it and she said no. I was taught the customer was always right 20 years ago at my first job. Making this right didn’t affect her paycheck one bit. Employees like this is what makes business lose business. You’ve lost my business forever. Keep it up Jennifer!!

Stopped by to get a dozen donuts and they decided to switch employees while we tried ordering in the drive thru. Ordered a variety, two of them being the vanilla creme, which on the poster at the menu show powdered sugar crème filled donuts. When we get home, what I have instead are two donuts that look like Boston cream on the outside but with a dollop of vanilla crème on top, and some weird custard I can’t explain in the middle. Plus the donut itself is stale. I quit getting coffee from here years ago because it was like everyone forgot how to make a decent coffee drink. Now it’s like they don’t know their donuts either.

Employees are incapable of making a semi decent coffee. Brought my drink back to be remade because it wasn’t made right and then the second one was worse. No effort, no listening skills.
The coffee isn't perfect. But, it's ok. Donut selection wasn't what I wanted. But, it was still good.

Came and got 2 HOT Toasted White Chocolates. Both were not hot but luke warm at best. They also tasted like a toasted marshmallow soaked in dirty water. The hospital cafeteria coffee was better.

The worst Dunkin I’ve been to. Super slow every time I try to go through. Sit in the drive thru line literally 45 minutes EVERY time. It is faster to drive across town to the Dunkin in Colonial Heights then drive back. 0/5
