They need to realize their indoor customers are just as important as their drive through customers and when they see you standing there for 10 minutes waiting on 2 biscuits while they fill over 30 orders for their drive through and not bother asking you what you are waiting on or why they haven’t filled your order. Shouldn’t have to ask where my order is. The person I was with was done eating before I even got my order. Food was great though when I finally received it but not sure I want to visit this particular location again.

Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me, the two people who were working seemed like they only cared about drive through orders. I left, went across the street to burger King and was in and out in 20 minutes. Hardee's is supposed to be fast food but take their time with customers. I'm on a 1/2 hour lunchbreak. I don't have time to wait around in this understaffed burger shack.
