They were understaffed. But the folks that wanted to work were there. Only saw 3 ppl, 1 way in back, 1 cook, 1 cashier (who was running drive thru and walk in) and brought us our food. Then literally ran back to help the next customer. ? ? ?
I hope it's due to staffing that this (Usually Wonderful) location is faltering, but even then, I hope they are actually hiring people with "People Skills". The last quite a few times I've gone through the drive-thru, its been after working in the ER for 12 hours, and look so forward to my Hardee's breakfast. But "these" times there has been no one with a smile or even anything other than with a monotone greeting at the speaker and window, followed by a blank stare.I went through...read full review

Today January 29, 2023. Biscuits were perfection, no hard bottoms that can’t be cut as usual. Light and fluffy with perfect gravy. Thank you for a great breakfast.
