Went by a few minutes ago and the staff was extremely rude. They up charge for everything, including the kids drink when the kids meal is already $6. lol When I question the price at the window because it was more than I thought the lady had attitude and said "obviously a drink is a up charge because it only comes with apple juice". That would have been nice to know when ordering. I just drove off. From the moment of them asking my name to that point they were just beyond rude and had a attitude. There wasn't a line and they weren't busy and I see why now. I won't be back and will tell my family and friends not to either.

$8 for a gallon of tea??????? Haha I'm southern and that better be liquid gold if you want $8 for sweet tea. I thought you know we are here let's get a gallon of tea bc we are a family of 10. Nope I went to Zaxby's and got a gallon for half that or less. The food wasn't that good either.

We have eaten take out several times now, the Buffalo salad was like a fine restaurant serves, we chose the homemade ranch dressing....it was perfect. The Buffalo chicken fingers were the best we have ever eaten...And when we thought it couldn't get any better....oh my Gosh.... homemade Banana Pudding to die for... ....just like I make ...you will not regret eating here........thanks for coming to Kingsport!
The food was excellent and good portions and the chicken was Really Good. The french fries are Perfect Crispy and Hot off the frier and the Cold slaw was Really Good definitely not like most places and I got a Texas Toast with mine and WOW it was Really Good. It's the Little Things that make a Great Meal and a place We Will Go Back and we live in Bristol.Also I observed that almost as soon as someone left a employee was there cleaning the table and another sweeping the floor and "This is a Great Sign of People Taking Pride in Their Job" almost not heard of now days!Also I went to check the bathroom and the men's room was Clean so there is another Employee Pride Thing!Take time and Take Your Family To A Really Good Place To Eat And Time Together! ??????Parking: Ample parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible too!

I came through the drive thru at 12:00pm on 1/28/24 and ordered a five piece tender meal with an extra piece of toast and a sweet tea with extra ice. The guy with the curly hair who took my money at the window had the personality of a wet dishrag. As soon as I pulled away I opened my bag to see that my extra toast that I was charged almost $1.50 for wasn’t in there. Went back through the drive thru and they gave me the extra toast but the same guy at the window offered no apology, no thank you have a nice day, no nothing. Just handed me the bag and closed the window in my face. Terrible customer service. Also my chicken was over cooked and had clearly been sitting there for a while, it wasn’t fresh. A very disappointing experience for $15.
