Food was great, as was the service, however we were provided a coffee cup with lipstick on it to drink coffee with. When asked for a new cup we received one, but no apology. The manager even walked around the restaurant and asked everyone how food was but avoided our table

First off the food was amazing besides the bread for the avocado toast not being toasted. It was a busy morning so I was expecting slower service. However the service I did get was sub par. The waiter couldn’t be bothered to check in on us or stay long enough to ask for the syrups we wanted. He avoided the table until we were down even though we called out when he passed a few times to get drink refills.

Service by Melissa was friendly and attentive to our order. The cook prepared my poached eggs perfectly! Even I have problems getting them right. I would prefer my coffee hotter but it tasted good. My husband ordered and enjoyed the sampler (yes, he ate sausage , bacon & ham!) breakfast. A bit of everything yet not grossly plated. The prices met our budget. We were there early and everything was clean. Thanks to you al!l for being at work to serve us this morning.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It's really not that difficult to read an order with no modifications and get it right. Yet somehow this is the second time in two days they've messed it up. Management really needs to do some retraining of their kitchen staff so maybe they'll spend less time out back smoking weed and more time making sure they make orders right and answering their phones

My hasbrowns were burnt. Very expensive breakfast. Almost 40.00 for two people. Eating out everywhere is expensive. Turnover rate is high.

I had the Spicy Poblano Omelette and chose chocolate chip pancakes as my side. It was wonderful! The omelette was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The Poblano peppers provide quite a kick but it isn't unbearably spicy, you can still taste the food vs only being able to taste the heat. The pancakes were also delicious! Our waitress was incredible. She was very kind and attentive.

We hadn’t been back here since the summer when we waited 45 mins our food. Today we waited 30, which was fine because it was busy. What i did have a problem about was the manager or whoever. My kids received 2 free kids meal coupons which we brought with us and gave to the waitress. The manager then proceed to come out 5 mins later and tell me, no you can’t get kids meal unless it’s 4-10 or you have the paper from the school. I explained i gave them to the waitress already. Mind you, she said this in front of my kids whose eyes wail up because they thought they wouldn’t be able to eat or that they had done something wrong. She just walks off and can hear her in the kitchen “did they give you the papers”. No apologies or anything. It was very embarrassing.

The food was good, but I was disappointed in my visit. We went to IHOP so that I could get the senior 55+ discount. They have a menu section for 55+ (limited food, and I was hungry and wanted the chicken fried steak and eggs), so I specifically asked the waitress if these were my only options for discount. She told me no and went on about Florida, only allowing 65+ the discount. So I ordered from the regular menu and when the bill came she refused to grant me the discount because I didn't order from the limited section. When I tried to remind her that she said I got a discount regardless of what I ordered, she was adamant that only the limited section had the discount. I will eat here again, but I WILL NOT be seated in her section.

Never fails to disappoint. I have been enough times to given up on this IHOP being able to get it right. They always have a problem with the building. Either the HVAC didn't work or something is delayed because a problem in the kitchen. With that said my kids love eating there so I go. Was literally us and one other couple and it was going to take over a hour to get our food. The post that makes me mad was they didn't tell us until 30 minutes after we ordered.

I ordered the crepes and I was so disappointed, they were tough and no filling I expected better, the chocolate chip pancakes were good as usual but they need to look at a picture of crepes, because those were diffidently not crepes, messed up my birthday!
