Usually go to the one in Johnson city and have a great time! We haven't had a good experience in Kingsport yet, 3 strikes and we're done! I don't know if they are just short staffed but it always takes forever. This last time we came on Friday night, expected a longer wait and that was fine. We got seated right away, waited 10 minutes for drinks, 25 minutes for appetizers. Our waitress never once asked if we wanted a refill or how anything was. We had to track her down after a runner delivered the wrong wings. It took an 1hr and 20 minutes to get 2 single slices and a medium veggie delight. Again a runner dropped it off and no one came to ask if we needed anything, no toppings were dropped off (red pepper/parm) . Our veggie pizza was cold and the remade wings were super small and dry. We sent back the veggie pizza because we were done waiting.Won't be back to the kingsport location as we left thirsty and hungry.

We have eaten at this place for years. Always been happy with what we got until the last time. I ordered chicken alfredo. There were only about three small wafer thin slices of chicken - tiny little pieces in the whole bowl. I wasn't going to mention it but my husband told the waitress when we were checking out. We didn't ask for a credit to our bill or any other compensation. Our waitress went and brought the cook out to dispute what we said about the chicken. Not only that but the waitress run to get the bowl off the table so she could show us there was chicken in it. There was no more chicken. I did not appreciate being treated this way. You can be sure that we won't return.

Food was delicious loved the atmosphere Really liked the owner awesome person. The servers need more focus on what they are doing and customer needs. They get the job done but need some polishing. I will definitely go back

I had an opportunity to dine here with some co-workers. We had a great time. Between the 3 of us we had Pizza, Spaghetti and a Lasagna. All our meals were delicious. What stood out the most was the cheesy garlic bread we ordered as an appetizer. This was amazing. I highly recommend!

Pizza was good but not worth 30.00. I asked for some ranch dressing to dip my pizza in and was advised it's $.75 for it. Ridiculous 30.00 for a pizza but won't give a dollar dip. I would have given 4 stars cause the pizza was good. Service was ok . Atmosphere makes no sense here as it was take out.
