We did a fundraiser for our youth group. We placed our order like they recommended. Showed up to pick up 111 boxes of donuts. They had their lobby closed due to shortage in staff. But allowed me in to pick up my order. The gentleman was really kind and professional. The lady was bagging them and even helped carried them out. It was such a great experience. Very easy process!! Highly recommend this place!!!

By far the worst KK we have ever been too. They have a sign that says a product will be available after 12pm. We get there and are told the product sold out within 45 minutes. We order the product online and lo and behold they have the product.We have been here a few other times and each time we say we will never go back and yet we do. Other times the donuts themselves have been tiny and thin. We have watched them allow donuts to go from the line to the end where they fall into a garbage can because they are too slow to keep up.They deserve zero stars.8/10 times the person at the window is incompetent and rude.

Got a custom box of doughnuts and doughnut holes and everything was fresh and hot .....the cashier was great and so helpful. We will be visiting this Krispy Kreme location again.
Inside access was closed,line was 45 minutes long for drive- thruDoughnuts were good though.Busiest crispy creme I've ever seen,or employees were new and learning there job,I'm not sure but jeeze it was long wait.Parking: There was parking but that's because inside access was closed,drive threw was backed up to other business beside crispy creme

Place has became so hit and miss. Arrived and they only had glazed doughnuts in the middle of the day. Unwilling to dip some in chocolate to have chocolate dipped glazed doughnuts. Inside is often closed and drive through only. While I know stuffing can be an issue there's no need to rudeness to customers which often occurs because you ask if they do or don't have something

Kingsport location is the worst. False advertising at its finest. Always out of what’s being advertised and never have their Hot sign on . Their advertising on the hot hours is never correct either . The worst . It’s actual St Patrick’s Day and they are out of the green doughnuts which makes zero sense. Sale them the day of St Patrick’s Day NOT 3 days before and run out !!!You also charge me $16 for regular glazed because you were out of the green $9.99 dozen you advertised . You all get a big fat ZERO on customer service!
