Hit or miss.. I shared an image and there is no cheese and I mean none at all on some of these slices. It's bare! I think they need to train their employee's better. We used to eat here more often but lately its been a miss. We also got doughy bread sticks.

We frequent here every friday or saturday nigh But this past was probably one of the NOT SO GOOD experiences that we have had.The pizzas where lightly sauced with hardly any cheese or toppings. .The ICB was missing the seasoning and dried, the CB was just undercooked bread sticks wo any seasonings. It was near closing so they was rushing I assume. They were all over the place, not paying attention too food nor customers. The cashier looked like she hated her job and was rude.Will travel from now on too a different location.

You can’t beat the price on the pizza but what caught my attention was how the manager was giving orders left and right and she notice how we where there for a while and haven’t received our ordered…She was very polite and made sure we got our order ASAP….I was surprised how there still people out there with GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I hardly eat Little Caesars but I will come to this place again bc they are polite and it seems like they care about there job and not be rude with customers??????

With this Little Caesars it's hit or miss the quality of the food. I'm a sucker for the Italian Cheese Bread. Sometimes I get it exactly how I want it, which might I add looks just like the picture on the menu. Sometimes I am handed crusty old food that looks like it's been sitting out all day. Would you feed that to your family?EDIT: Alright so in the interest of fairness, I had a heart to heart with manager Brandon Stumps I believe it was. By the end of that conversation, I believe we both had an understanding. He says Italian Cheese Bread is not hard to do perfectly. Given the fact of issues I've had with other Little Caesars, I find this hard to believe. But in the defense of this one, whatever issue I was having with them prior has pretty much vanished. They have been batting 1000 lately with the Italian Cheese Bread. So again, in the interest of fairness, I'm revising my overall rating for a 3 star to a 5. I wanted to see this place improve because I know their food is awesome. I have enough faith in this place that I'll make a 20 minute drive just to get here for their food. Needless to say, they stepped up their game and made improvements. Good job!

Never again will I order from Little Caesars (any location). Products are substandard and overpriced. Domino's offers a huge variety of products for $6.99 each, far surpassing Little Caesars.
The food is always hot and delicious. One of my favorite pizza stores in Kingsport.

Ordered NO pep with black olives, onions, green bell peppers, mushrooms on Just cheese pizza. Well guess what was on it when I had a special order!? Yep!! Pepperoni! What I didn't ask for! They were nice enough to give me a new one and the mess up, which I gave my sister and her family to eat! No reason to throw it away!
