I absolutely love this place! We travel an hour and half just to eat here, the tochoos are amazing as is the Rubens. We haven't got anything that wasn't good. Worth the trip.

Came in at 10 this morning after calling to insure they were open. Front door was locked so we came through the patio door where we stood for 10 minutes. No workers in sight, no one said hello or even acknowledged they were open. Absolutely embarrassing to call this place a restaurant.

Their fried pickles were pretty amazing, jalapeño burger was ok, should’ve ordered it as medium and it’d probably been way better. Very cold soggy fries and a waiter with to much perfume that’d choke you. Very pricey place for 2 burgers and another Entree.

Hard pass. What restaurants say they’re open h til 8, leave the door unlocked and refuse to seat you 30 minutes prior? Never again. Their bad. Having run a restaurant for years? Simply. Bad. Business change the hours online or honor them. Basics.

Ordered fried pickle spears as an appetizer and Reuben sandwich and onion rings. Fried pickles were fresh, hot and very good. It took quite a long time after that to get our meal despite it not being very busy at all. The sandwich was fresh, hot and good. However, the onion rings were not hot at all, just barely warm. In fact some were downright cold cold cold. I don't know why there was such a difference in temperature in the two but the onion rings were defintely made earlier and left sitting out on a counter (NOT under a heat lamp) for at least 15 minutes or more before being served.

For a "sandwich" place the Ruben was the worst I've ever had, actually brought it home and 2 days later went in garbage. My son got steak like sub with auju (don't think I spelled that right ?). That he said was gravy, very thick. The meat was like ummm.... cut so small like shaved so small it didn't look like meat anymore. And SOOO dry!!! He didn't (couldn't) eat it. That came home too to feed to dogs, but went in garbage too. Oh another thing menu said "homemade potato chips. Nope, came in little bag lol. Service sucked too. Came after lunch but before dinner and waitress took FOREVER to get drink order and food order!!! It was bad, will never go backEver. Had been before with my son and his family and was not impressed then but gave it a 2nd try.

In a nutshell....15 minutes to be sat, 10 minutes to be approached by a server, approximately another 10+ minutes to get our drinks (both of us got water). Ordered our appetizer and our lunch. Almost 40 minutes later we walked out never receiving any food at all. I'd love to be able to rate the food, however, when you get no food, how can you review it? We were there over an hour and all we got was water. Not going back anytime soon, if at all.

Website said they opened at 10:00am.Because we had special requests, I wasn't able to order on-line so I tried calling at 10:30. No one answered so I had to take my order to them. Door sign said they open at 11:00am. I tried calling at 5 after 11:00 while waiting outside for them to open. They opened at 11:10am. The host was very apologetic because they were having issues with their fryer. If they open at 10am (as the website stated) then they should have been there at 9:00 to make sure everything was up and running properly.
