I love McDonalds second best one I been too. There is one off 20 in Columbia sc fries are one tenth of a different better. I love McDonalds I been to 100 of them. Love y’all at this place!

My wife got home with the order completely wrong, they completely left out my daughter's happy meal. Then when I drove back to the store I had a luke warm reception about the ordeal to say the least. I told the manager about the mistake and asked for a meal replacement of the correct items, she complied. Then when I received the new order they left out my wife's order and when I spoke up about the missing nuggets the acting manager on duty quizzed me on my receipt like I was a common thief then when I completed the game of 20 questions, I got home to the realization the order was still incorrect because we paid for a meal and she got just nuggets.

I always enjoy using my points whenever I go to McDonald's. Who doesn't like something for free? It just tastes better. My only complaint would be that they are severely understaffed.
Just do yourself a favor and go to the Pal's restaurant down the street or keep driving!

Either the employees or management is stealing from customers. Today was the THIRD time I used the app to redeem rewards and still had to pay for the item. They type in my code, it removes the items and the points from app, and the app says "we got your code" but the employees claim "it didn't work". They need to figure this out. It's ridiculous.
