This is without a doubt the worse McDonald’s on the planet, everytime I go here I have to pull up to a waiting spot and watch 10 cars go by behind me and always end up having to go in to get my food, this time it was 1 coffee and I watched at least 4 other cars get coffees through the pick up window, so why did I have to wait 15-20 minutes and go in to ask for it and it was still wrong

Wow. I have never wanted to leave a worse review. Went here around 9 after my shift. All I ordered was a McDouble, mcchicken and small fry. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES later I finally went inside and asked for my money back. I counted at least 6 people working, which I would not call short handed at this time of night. It was not busy. Normally when I come around this time of night it takes around 15 mins which is borderline insane, but this is unacceptable. I hope the owner of this store knows their store is in shambles and needs serious help.

I give one star cause it's the lowest possible rating. If you value your time, money or sanity steer clear. If it were run by monkeys it would have to be an improvement. They are way over priced. Have a incompetent staff.I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE AND WILL NEVER STOP THERE AGAIN!

I bought a house near here 15 years ago, it's the closest to our house. I just expect the order to be wrong now, don't even get mad about it anymore. You would have a better chance of getting what you want, if you order the complete opposite of what you want.

Ordered 4 egg and sausage Mcgriddles curbside. Came out steaming hot and within 1 minute of my arrival.Parking: Plenty of parking with right up front handicap spaces and 4 curbside pickup lanes as well. There is a shopping center surrounding this McDonald's with a Price Less grocery store anchoring it in case you need a jug of milk and a loaf of bread or a whole buggy full of groceries.

I wish to give a negative 10 on window service... went to second window to pick up my food and there was a Tinkerbell with painted nails, make-up on face and a beard...I will go again because this is close to my home but whenever i see "it" then I'll cancel my order and immediately ask for my money back !!! North East Tennessee don't or never will accept trash like this serving our food !!! We'd rather have the black one's which isn't saying much !!!

I order medium fries for my son happy meal and I got a large fries and it was cold n very salty its very disappointing I rated it n I very hated it learn how to make good fries with less salt and my son cheese burger is a mess it looks like they just threw everything together n wrapped it worst service
Everyone who works at this McDonalds and the one in Church Hill are mentally challenged and there’s no way anyone can convince me otherwise. If you can’t even read orders on a screen and put together a sandwich correctly, that’s a major problem. On 2/19/24 at 5:30pm I ordered the two for $6 fish sandwiches with extra cheese, a small fry and an extra side of tartar sauce. I asked for a handful of ketchup at the window and got 3 packs. I got no napkins. Tartar sauce wasn’t in the bag so I had to go inside and ask for it. Then when I got back in the car I checked my sandwiches and no extra cheese but got charged for it, had to go back inside again. The “manager” on duty acted like she had no clue where she was in the world or what was going on. Had to put the cheese on my sandwiches myself and at this point all of it was cold. Is this a fast food restaurant or a day program for the developmentally delayed???

I use to eat there atleast 3 to 4 times a week until management and employees has gotten extremely rude and very vulgar with customers.food is always messed up and cold.they are constantly leaving out half of the orders going through dive thru.there general manager hunter has said very vulgar things to my minor child while as well flipping him off.i would never stop to eat there.its sad to see how well they use to be and how courteous they use to be to now treating customers extremely poorly.

Ordered a Big Mac, chocolate shake, and small fries. So disappointed and a waste of good money. The Big Mac barely had any meat on it, should be called Bread Mac. As far as the chocolate shake, save your money, I have never tasted anything like that, I'm sure not any kind of milk shake I ever had, nasty, more like coffee milk. The fries were OK wasn't drowned with salt like they used to be. Save your money.

I'm usually pretty lenient when it comes to fast food. But for the last month or so this location has gone downhill. Cold fries, dead patties being sold, either no lettuce or too much, and so on. Avoid this location, go to Church Hill or Stone Drive.
