I have been going every Sunday morning for over a year. The last 3 weeks I’ve been given old food. Dried out BE&C biscuits. Awful. I’ll stop for awhile. There are other places to eat. Spending $14 a week at a place that serves old food. Hardee’s will be my go to for awhile.

Saturday not last night I wanted a quarter pounder because I haven’t had one in months and it was horrible zero taste and it was much smaller than ever and one little tiny piece of onion and one pickle was all it had - very unimpressed !

I wrnt through the drive thru and have been having to use my phone to communicate because of an injury to my vocal cords.(which may require surgery to fix).which hasn't allowed me to talk..in weeks. The manager..literally was the most rude..asking if I was "gonna order or what"..laughed at me and told me "we don't have time for these games". I may have to have surgery and all I got was.." I'm sorry I thought you were some kid doing tik tok. If this is how your organization treats customers then I definitely won't be coming back. That was childish on her end. That is NOT.. customer service. I don't know what her name was but she closed on 12/27 and was the manager. I've worked in management in food service and have never jumped the gun and assumed thst my customers were playing games when clearly you can't hear me when I'm trying to tell you my order.
