This was our first time at Ming Garden. TLDR - we thought it was decent but ended up with food poisoning. Read on for all the details of our experience. Parking was difficult but we had high hopes when we went inside and saw the variety offered. For the most part, we both thought the food tasted good. There were some exceptions . The Mongolian chicken was almost completely onions. The pepper steak and the beef with broccoli had very weird tasting, bland beef. There were tons of very young children up at the buffet unattended (I realize this is a parenting issue and not a restaurant issue but it is worth noting). The restaurant also has an overall cleanliness issue (buffet trays stacked everywhere, part of the buffet table being used for staging to go order accoutrements with signs saying “employees only”). Our waitress was inattentive, we had to flag her down for drink refills and she did not give us more ice - just lukewarm water. She brought our check when we sat down with our second plate - as if trying to rush us out. We noticed her doing this other tables as well. I get they were busy, but at least allow us to finish a couple of plates before showing us the door! The Mongolian barbecue was good, but they were not good about keeping items and sauces refilled, I was literally tilting and scraping the sauce containers and the attendant was just staring. He didn’t make a move to refill any of them even after my food was done. We eventually paid and left. Both of us woke up the next morning with food poisoning. We will not be back at Ming Garden!

It's our "go to place" when we want Chinese. With 3 buffet tables, a salad & dessert bar the selection is huge. The included Mongolian Grill is great for "made to order" or for folks with dietary restrictions. The staff/management always make sure the food is hot & fresh.

This place was horrible. We went here for the first time and definitely won’t be back! All the food looked old and it was cold….on the hot bar, the food was cold. That’s ridiculous!! The sweet and sour sauce tasted like it was 4 years old. I had gotten food from the buffet then decided not to eat it because it was cold and I don’t want food poisoning! I did decide to try the fresh bar where they cook it for you fresh and it was ok. The dessert was bad too. Didn’t try the salad bar because the lettuce was brown and the eggs looked green. Please do yourself a favor and go eat elsewhere before you end up with food poisoning!

New owners seem to not care about cleaning. Booth side of restaurant the light scones how about a inch or dirt and dust on them the hvac filters must not been changed in a long time the return vents blackened from dirt and ceiling around then literally has a dirt/dust ball fall out of vent right beside our table, restroom exhaust vent completely clogged with crud hanging from it. And lady at counter carrying a baby in and out of kitchen doing carry out orders filling containers from buffet with baby dangling over food health department really needs to check in on them and teach food handling procedures

Have never been here and came on Valentine's Day wasn't to busy at the time we came 730pm the food was wonderful ! Everything I had was fresh and delicious! Def come here if you want to be overstuffed lol will def be going back ! Even had selection for kids chicken nuggets fries and more the service was good started out with one lady and another lady kept doing things for us not the 1st one we started with Idk if the 1st had other things to do or what but overall wonderful!

Very disappointed. The food was cold, crab Rangoon was tough and didn’t hardly have any filling in them at al.Spring roll cold , Pot stickers were cold and flavorless. Seemed the quality of all the food had gone drastically downhill. Plastic plants were dusty carpets dirty and tracked with foot path grey. A great disappointment we will not darken this door again$23.00 for 2 but wasted ….
