I can tell that they are very short-handed. Our waiter was very nice though. The wait was a little long, especially for an impatient toddler. Food was good.

My family visited on Saturday night around 7 pm. The restaurant had maybe 6 tables in use, so it was a fairly slow night by the look of it. Our waitress took around 15 minutes before coming to the table to get our drink order. When we asked a question about the beer on tap we found out that it was her first night serving alone and she was unfamiliar with the drinks. Okay no biggie, we ordered drinks and after another 10 minutes she appeared with my tea and our daughter's water. We ordered a chicken tender appetizer, kids Mac and cheese with oranges, and two Louisiana Sirloins medium rare with a side salad and loaded potato on one and broccoli and mashed sweet potatoes on the other. After a couple of minutes my side salad came out. It was a bowl of lettuce with shaved carrots, one cucumber slice, and a side of honey mustard. It looked nothing like the usual salad. I waited a few minutes expecting to see our waitress come back to check on us and bring our rolls or our appetizer. She didn't, so I gave in and ate what was in front of me. The next time we saw her was when our food came out. I asked where our chicken tenders were and she said she forgot to put them in. We still didn't have rolls so I asked for them again as well and drink refills. We hadn't even ate a bite of our steaks and she was bringing out a bread basket of chicken tenders with four tenders that were dried up looking and not appetizing at all. If she forgot to put them in then these had to have been sitting out for a while, there's no way they had time to cook them. She also had a basket of half cooked rolls. I told her I was not paying $10 for the tenders and she could take them back. My husband and I attempted to choke down our chewy overcooked on the outside raw on the inside steaks. They had the texture of a pork chop it was so weird. This meal was absolutely horrible. We never not once saw the manager coming to tables checking in like we normally see. Our waitress dropped our check off and was supposed to bring us refills, but didn't. Instead her sister who apparently is a waitress there as well came over to pick up the check. I told her I wasn't ready and she stood there waiting. She said well I'm doing it to help my sister out.After the third time I said I wasn't ready I took out my wallet and paid. I asked her how long she had been waiting tables and she told me four months. It shows, I've never encountered such a pushy waitress. This was the worst meal and service I've had in a very long time. I hope they get it together soon, they used to be one of our favorite places to eat.

It’s been years since I’ve been to O’Charley’s. I must say I’m blown away. My water was amazing! My Food was amazing! The staff is amazing. Best part is the bread they brought out was out of this world. I’m completely blown away. I had a chicken tender wrap and smashed sweet potatoes. Wife had hand battered honey chicken breast. She loved it.

Recently went to this o’charlys and it was one of the best experiences I ever had (The Kitchen Manager) Kristen was the sweetest and most helpful woman I have ever met, she made me feel right at home as soon as I got there and the food was nothing short of sensational! I truly look forward to coming back to this wonderful establishment!

If I could give a negative number for service, it would be -5! The worst service I have ever had! After the bartender made my drink, she never looked my way to ask if I needed anything! I asked for a menu when I ordered my drink and never got one. My glass was empty for 5 minutes before I decided to leave!

New to the area, went there for lunch on Father's Day. Had a really nice time. Wait wasn't too long, and food was really good. I entered the drawing for the Grill (fingers crossed). Service was friendly. We will be back.

The atmosphere and food are great. The manager is a cool friendly dude and my waitress Nique was amazing. They made food too perfection and the waitress made sure we were good the whole time we were there. Would definitely recommend. Great family restaurant! I understand about being under staffed but why other people seated after our party would get their salads and their meals before we even got a salad. Have been a patron at O' Charley's for years . We were very disappointed.

My adult son had chicken bacon ranch sandwich w/fries. I had burger and fries. My burger was supposed to be medium but was actually well done and very dry. His sandwich was great but mine not great.

Food is good but if you are doing takeout or catering then call and double check that your order was processed. I ordered for the next day and thank God I went in for lunch and asked about only to be told it had not even been entered. I was missing drinks after getting my order but the young man made it right. I’m so lucky I followed up!

I work in a restaurant myself so i try to be very considerate and understanding, but my fiancé and I just tried to eat here and sat at our table for 20 mins without anyone even taking a drink order . From what I could see there was less than 10 tables in the restaurant and didn't seem busy for that kind of wait so we just left and nobody noticed .
