They have been stepping up their game here. I have never been a big fan, my lovely bride is.So we stopped in for lunch, and other then the typical out of one or two item. I was pleasantly surprised.Staff was super friendly, food tasted yummy and was fresh. The place was comfy and clean.The two and three item plates were more than filling, even having to get a to-go container.Food had a very nice flavor and did not taste "fast foody".All in all, besides said not having a few items, this was a nice, quick, tasty meal. Price was reasonable, considering quality and quantity.We will be back.Vegetarian options: A nice variety of what looked like vegetarian options. I would say at least a third of the menu the day we went.Wheelchair accessibility: Close up disabled parking, doors were plenty wide, there was a funky little vestibule type entrance where you have to do a wee little jig to get in both sets of doors. Not a huge issue, but enough so a person on their own, in a wheeled device or crutches would have to put some extra work into getting inside.Not a deal breaker, but should be aware.

Ordered dinner here. Had to wait 10+ minutes for greens, which is fine, but while I was waiting I noticed the employee who was cooking the greens was grabbing all of the vegetables out of different bins with her bare hands! No gloves! Just digging through bins of vegetables… then she proceeded to touch a bunch of other things, never washing her hands. Additionally the food quality was terrible.

I ordered food through the drive thru here a week or so ago, and I told the cashier at the window that someone had spit tobacco all over the wall underneath the window. Very gross and visually unappealing, kind of took my appetite. She said she would take care of it. Went back on 1/13/24 and the tobacco spit was still there. Apparently this store doesn’t clean. Apparently they also don’t believe in giving out napkins, all you get is the one tiny thin napkin that’s inside of the packaged plastic ware. Also why is it $20 every time I order from here?? Then on top of that they pressure me every time to donate to some children’s hospital. I can barely pay my medical bills, let alone every one else’s.

Of all the food I've ever ate, this is some of the most disgusting in history. The grilled chicken tastes like mushy fat that's been over cooked. I literally about lost it, trying to chew it up. I thought I could eat the super greens and broccoli, both okay. The rice is under done and Hard. People there were nice enough. For a place I've heard so much about, I'm super disappointed and would never eat this chain anywhere, again. ???

As a new Tennesee resident, I still love panda express, but let me tell you the serving sizes that they give. You are way way less than what I’m used to from Northern California where they gave you ample size portions a little disappointing, but still good.
Ok, let me start by saying I like their food, that is when they have it. I was there before 4pm and they didn't have any veggies or any mushroom chicken. They don't close till 930 pm so go to one of many grocery stores located close by and buy the items you need to offer these items that are on the menu. It just aggravates me when any restaurant says this. I could understand it if it was 30 minutes before closing but come on now....5 1/2 hours. Pitiful.

Went in today. There was no walnut shrimp the girl said she would tell us when it was done. Great! We sat and waited. And waited. 25minutes later we went up to the counter and noticed it was in fact done and almost gone. The girl who told us it would be done eas now doing drive thru. We got the tail end of the shrimp we were waiting for as well as skimpy portions of rice and another entree. Not worth it.
