While I love their pizza im almost always missing my extra sauces I order and PAY for. Then I have to wait an extra hour or two for them to redeliver. That’s if they redeliver at all so I’m out that extra money. And the manager basically says it’ll be there when it gets there and hangs up.

Online it showed a meal deal of 2 pizzas for $26 but rang up at $28.75 plus tax. Then the pizza was a huge disappointment, not even really good pizza like it is usually. It also showed a 9.99 and also a $10 pizza deal, but make it impossible to get it. The website is seriously in need of simplification, too. Papa John's was a huge disappointment Friday when I ordered the family meal deal!!

I’ve been in Tennessee for almost 2 years now and was having a hard time finding pizza this good. Papa John’s never lets me down. 20/10 highly recommended!! Best damn pizza since I’ve been here.

Some of the worst experiences I've had lately. No one greets you and they all just star at you or wont even look your way as if they are trying to avoid you. I'm not one to complain if it happens once or twice but every time I go in there they act like you don't exist and are in their own world. No one seems to want to help you. I don't know if its a generational thing being that im in my mid 40s or what but the food industry has fallen off with customer service. It shouldn't matter what station you are working at, customers should be greeted. If the counter personal is busy at least acknowledge the customer and say someone will be with you shortly. The food is good but customer service is not where it should be.

17 February 2024Wife stopped to get supper for our family. They mis-made a pizza and remade while she was there, so it took a little longer than usual, no big deal.Got home and cheese sticks were cold and lacking on an important part...cheese. Also, had a metallic taste to them. Other pizzas were not very good, again, lacking cheese on both. Heavy on peppers and onions scarce on meats and mushrooms. None of us ate much, as food was not very good.Wife called to explain that food quality was very low, but manager kept cutting her off, stating that he would replace pizzas but not cheese sticks. We were not looking for replacement, as food utterly sucked. She tried to explain again and he cut her off every time. Finally, the manager hung up on her. She called back to get his name and person who answered the phone said they didn't know if it was Zack or Mike and put her on hold. Then picked up asking what she wanted and put her on hold again, she asked "what the hell" and they told her not to be cussing them and hung up again.Not surprisingly, started looking at reviews and seen how bad they were. Even on Facebook they had bad service and food going back for years. Our last time at Papa John's on N. Eastman Rd in Kingsport, TN.

I paid over 50 bucks for burnt black parm Stix and pizza and it was cold. My 2 year old granddaughter couldn't even eat it it was so hard.

We tried placing an online order, we were given an error message so we decided to go in and order. The restaurant was unable to place my order and directed me to the phone number to place the order. Absolute garbage customer service from the restaurant. Zero stars if I could.

We have 3 pieces left of our large two topping Bacon and onion pizza that literally just has onions and cheese on it we went in and asked them for the bacon topping we ordered and they claimed it was underneath everything we only have 3 pieces left and still no one found any bacon on our "Bacon and onion pizza" Papa John's do you have any idea how gross and onion and cheese pizza is? A disgrace ?

This location is absolutely terrible. I have friends who work here and they have been told that they are not permitted to be friends with one another. They are not permitted to speak to one another at work and, when this was questioned, the manager threatened to withhold pay. The manager has been worthless for the entire preceding period, but it's much worse now.
