Pizza dough raw .. then replaced with dough raw again .. gave back .. GM Justin said he cooked it & said I should have ordered it "WELL DONE". After 3 yrs of ordering from there that was a first. Very disappointed!

Worst service I have EVER received from a Pizza Hut! Saturday Night, 11/4/2023 I ordered a Medium Pan Pepperoni Pizza to be delivered to my house at 5:44. It was set to take 35 minutes TOPS. It took FOREVER for the driver to get to me. I watched the tracking just to see the driver go the wrong way. Then when I finally got the pizza, it was COLD! I gave the pizza right back to the driver saying, "You can have this back. It's not even hot. I will be calling the manager about this." I don't mean to be rude, but I have a friend who works that very same delivery job. I know they have GPS technology. If you're a delivery driver, and can't even find my place with a GPS, you need to resign immediately because you're not cut out for the job. I live in apartment D48 in Allendale Falls. The Community IS NOT that big. Even with my limited vision I can see the sign on the building that has the letter and the numbers it goes between... right there large as life. Do I need to have a LED signal like it's the Bat Signal? Earlier today, my friend got Dominos which was delivered by Doordash. No problem finding the place. I have been trying to contact the manager for the last 30 minutes to either get refunded or get a fresh one sent out again. It's VERY rare that someone makes me lose my temper verbally, but this place has crossed that line. I have been hung up on 5 times one of which was with the manager on the line AFTER I told them the issue. They got me SO frustrated with them, I threatened to alert Cooperate about this. FINALLY I get ahold of the manager for him to sort it out. You know it's bad when the manager had to give away free stuff to say We're Sorry. I was upgrade to a Large Pan Pepperoni Pizza and got a free Diet Coke. So I was told, we'll send it out as soon as possible. About an hour later, here comes the delivery driver. So much for as soon as possible. I was watching the tracking. The driver was circling around the community looking for the place. Are you seriously telling me you don't get enough deliveries in Allendale Falls to KNOW the layout? Isn't it part of the Drivers Job to KNOW the lay of the land? Finally I got so fed up I walk out of my house and CALLED THEM wondering where they were. I had to give THEM instructions how to get to ME. You seriously couldn't get more unprofessional if the customer is having to instruct the driver how to get to their destination, when Delivery Driving is all about knowing how to get around. Again, if you can't figure out how to get around WITH a GPS, which I know they have, you need to resign. Immediately. Because you are not going to make it as a delivery driver. ESPECIALLY when, when it comes to food delivery, every second counts. Every second you waste is the food getting closer to getting cold. I've had issues with food delivery in the past... But if I can't even get good food delivery for a location that is right around the corner, I'm never ordering delivery again. I paid over $20 for this food all of this to go down. This conflict took over 2 HOURS to resolve. And when I finally did get the food, all I can say is, meh, I've had better from this place. Not only will I NOT be getting Delivery from anywhere ever again because of this, I will no longer be eating here either. I have SO MUCH I COULD say negatively about this place, I can't even fit it within the character limit of this review.Needless to say, this place has earned 1 star out of 5.EDIT: Since the first review, management time and time again has taken the effort to fix any problems there may have been. To the point of compensation, and that I can respect that enough to go against my review. Just for doing this, I'm going to bump my score up to a neutral 3 stars and see where that goes.

Had to ask for our drinks only one person was working the counter and the dinning room. She pulled plates and silver wear from another table which people were sitting at. Locked the doors to the dining room before 7pm and put part of our order in wrong. Over all it was the worst experience I have ever had out to eat.

Good atmosphere. At the time I was there we were under a winter storm advisory (which gave us almost half the snow we had in 1993) so it was very clean, organized, and carried the kind of smell that makes your mouth water. The food was definitely made to order.
