I usually love this place and love there work and this is the only place I get my nails done but today I had a horrible experience when I went in and looked at jel colors and when I got sat down I gave him and example of the colors I wanted and said " I want an ombré between these two colors" and little did I know he had head phones in and didn't listen to a word I said and just agreed and then got everything done and got the acrylic on and he said "which one...read full review
Terrible experience!!! Iwent to Polish Nail Bar to get my nails done. They wrinkled and were messed up the first time so I had to return. After having them fixed for the second time and being cut in the process twice, they began to chip and peel and wrinkle once again. I went in to get a pedicure. The woman wanted me to get shellac. I told her no. I had a color picked out and they only had that color in shellac. So now I’m getting them painted at another salon today. She should have told me they didn’t have that color. They used to be good but service has really diminished. I won’t go back!
