The food was nasty the ribs were burnt dry and old as well as the brisket the beans and Mac were ok the potatoe salad was ok and the ok was pretty good as well but I personally won’t be back I really want a refund

The service was great. The waitress was super nice and timely. Our food was good it wasn't great but it was good. The beef brisket was spot on delicious! I'm not a huge fan of pork, so the pork wasn't my favorite, but that's personal preference. I also got the smoked turkey it was super dry it needed a lot of sauce for sure. The greens were delicious, though they could have eaten a gallon of them. Overall, it's not a bad place to grab a bite to eat. It was a little pricey, though, for the portions they gave.
Grat food slow service! Definitely going to take you a hour here or more.

Food, service, and general atmosphere was excellent as always. I moved away from TN for almost 2 years and ever since I've been back ive been dying for pratts bbq and pals cheddar rounds. I was able to get one thing checked off the list and it was just as delicious as I remembered. I forgot our servers name but she was absolutely amazing! Fast and friendly a fantastic personality and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. I can't wait to go back!

My Son in-law Chicken was dry. It clearly was a boneless chicken breast. Most real BBQ places serve quartered Chicken. The service wasn't that great and all our food was served except one of the kids and we had to keep asking for it. We tried, but won't be back.
