Came through the drive thru ordered a plain cheese burger and 2 hotdogs, one hotdog with slaw and the other chili and mustard. they gave me a hamburger with everything on it, one hotdog was right with slaw and the other had onions. my daughter is picky so I can’t just scrape off mayo but the hotdog we could so that wasn’t a big deal. I went back through and told them the mix up, and that the hotdog was fine just remake the burger. They remade it but wanted the hamburger back, after my husband asked if they were gonna throw it away he’d give it to someone, they still wanted it back! After I told them not to worry about the hotdog! The manager insisted they take it back, it made me think they were gonna resale it, which is nasty if someone touched it. I Will never eat there again and I hate that because I like their food even though it’s expensive for fast food!

Purple cows food used to be the best food around now it's hard to say that.... For a family of four to eat there it was 75.00 then after waiting 25 minutes for our food in line purple cow wants to get mad because they left food out of my order and I go back up to the window in the old woman that works the window wants to be rude I will never go back

Literally sat in line at the pickup window for 30 minutes just now while six to seven employees stood around laughing and making jokes. Putting together orders for cars behind us and taking it out the door to their cars while we still waited. Finally handed us cold food that had been sitting there waiting to be bagged up. I have never had such pathetic service anywhere.

Just came through spent 96.00 dollars missing items no ketchup or steak sauce drink left out fries left out. Baked potato was old and so cold it would not melt butter so I guess that's why they didn't give me any had to throw it away. I just think if you give almost a hundred dollars for fast food you should be able to eat it. Will not be back.

Great deal on Burger Combos! $4.99!!! You might have to wait a bit, because there is always a line, but it's worth it! Great menu variety, with desserts too!Purple Cow's Chicken Bombs are the best!! Well worth the drive!
First day they messed up my order I let it go. Went back and now I have food poisoning. Never again.

I have been a long time customer of Purple Cow. It has been a while since I visited until yesterday.I was greatly disappointed in my food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and when I opened it I was surprised to see that it was not much bigger than a Krystal hamburger nor did it even have one piece of bacon on it. My husband ordered half a steak bomb. This is his usual order but this time it was covered with red peppers. He took them off and still couldn't get all of them out and it ruined his food. I have to say after spending $30 on two sandwiches an order of fries and two drinks we were very disappointed. Purple cow has always been one of my favorite restaurants but I will no longer be a customer.

They don't start cooking your food until you make the order.No talking through an intercom for the order. You speak directly to a person.The Intimidator... A burger that is so big, it's 1 pound of food.Cons:My word... this place is the single priciest Restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of eating at.Because they make your food as soon as you order it, you can expect to have a long wait in line especially if they're busy.
