Did an order on the app today 11/04 and it processed but when I went to pick up my order the store was freaking closed. I mean lights off and door locked with no explanation. Now I am going to have to fight to get my money back. Had to go to another Subway and resubmit my order. Not the first time this particular Subway has had issues. DONE WITH THIS STORE. They lost my business. We usually do Subway once a month and it's usually a good size order of $50 or higher.UPDATE: Manager David called me first thing on 11/06. Apologized, stated store is closed due to maintenance issues. Giving me refund of order.

I haven't been to this location but been to the Walmart Subway on West Stone drive. The Gibson Mill Subway which is near the hospital and the urgent care and the North roan Street location which is where T-Mobile and Easy money is and the fort Henry Walmart Subway location that used to be there but now is permanently closed I'm been to the one on north eastman Rd which is where the food City is on 1205 North Eastman road My aunt has been to the North Charles location. The South northshore drive location

Sandwich good drink choice lacking. No Coca-Cola and was told they had to wait until the Coke man arrived. Tea brewer sat there without a lid no tea. No cookies available. Understand if place was busy but no one else was there. Dining area was clean. Visit was at 12:15 on a Saturday. But at least this location was open. Went to another one in Kingsport and it was closed with no explanation.Parking: Plentiful

First of all I'm a regular customer at this location but my experience yesterday was awful there was two lady's working a smaller girl and a heavy set girl. The heavy set lady's name is Angel I believe but she had just came back in the door from outside did not wash her hands and was talking on the phone sounded like she was arguing with someone. But she must have knew the lady in front of me but they appeared to be talking about drug use she was nice and courteous to that lady but was just out right rude to me I just thought I would share my experience.

Placed an online order at 6 for the subs to be picked up at 6:45. When I arrived the subs had not even been started. Waited for another 20 minutes while the subs were being prepared. The subs were not right even after all that. Had many missing ingredients on each sub and the person making the sub was not wearing a mask. Will not be eating there ever again.
This is the best Subway in the Tri-Cites! The subs are always fresh and the service has always been great! The online ordering works like a champ.
