I came to the store sat. Nite at 6:05 p.m. the door was locked with a note saying they would return at 6:35. But yet there were people inside eating! Are you kidding me? Is this normal for a business? I really don't think so! But I hope whomever owns subway is really reading these comments cause it is really and truly effecting your business!!!

Went there on Christmas and asked the worker to change gloves because some meat taste metallic to me due to medical reasons. The worker was aggravated and said it would be a minute. She started on my sandwiches but then began another sandwich so I asked she change gloves again. She slammed down the sandwich and begin working on the person's sandwich that came in after me. I then asked the other worker to fix my sandwich. The woman then kicked me out of the store and was ranting and raving.. I tried to ask the manager information and she pointed her finger in my face. Service was horrible!

I made an order through the app at 8pm and when we went to pick it a few minutes later they were closed. I've made multiple attempts to get ahold if them but they won't answer their phone. I just want my money back!

I can't say anything about the food because I never recieved it. This is the second time this happened to me, but whoever they use for delivery is plain stupid. My food was left at a different location. I've called for 30 minutes now with no answer. I have Covid, NOTHING to eat in the house and can't even eat the food I paid for because of the incompetent employees. I will never be back to a subway. Too sorry to even answer the freaking phone.
My sandwich didn't have what I ordered it had shredded cheese never had that happen before and enough lettuce for a salad.they didn't have pickles or anything much for a sub.if I could give less than 1 star I would.dont waste time or money

We've had spotty success with this location in the past, but thought we'd try it again today. Ordered on the app and got here with the app saying it was ready. Not ready, girl making subs said she hasn't even started yet. Appears to be alone and is making everybody else's subs before ours. We're going to avoid this location and drive the extra distance to the north eastman location in the future. AVOID.

Today at approximately 12:45 i went in to order. Lady behind counter and guy cleaning trash cans were talking she was loudly speaking on another customer that had been inI go to tell her I want a foot long but cut in half bc half was to be plain and she kept arguing on how they couldn’t cut it before they add veggies or it would be two 6”s which I already know then she continued to argue and even tried to bring her employee into in to prove that I was wrong even though I had already told her multiple times that I know I have to pay for 2 separate 6s I just was trying to make it easy for her and she continues to say petty things so I left and as I was walking out she mouths some more smart a** stuff as I leave keep in mind she’s an employee here of 4 years… but can’t treat customers with respect not sure how she has her jobManagement should review footage on camera at approx 12:45-12:50
