For a restaurant of this price point, I will say they are lacking in several areas. First off there is no valet parking. There is also no maître d' to seat you at a table of your choice. There is no reservation service whatsoever. The two of us were able to dine for under a hundred bucks but had to forgo the condiments and drinks. We were never offered a wine list the whole time we were there. To top it all off, we had to bus our own table.
I swear this taco bell has the longest wait time of any of them. Food is always right, but more than once my soda has been completely out of syrup.

AWFUL service. It took them almost 45 mins to make our order. The girl bumped it off the screen so it showed it had been made. After 10 mins I asked where it was. Then finally they made it. It took the girl wayyyy too long to wrap each item. We talked to the manager and she went over and helped them. The food was semi edible. I was not pleased especially since I spent $80. We had 8 people to feed but it still doesn't take that long to make it. We will NEVER go back to this location!!!!!!

I go to this particular taco bell almost daily. Tonight I was in a hurry to get home with food as my husband works early in the a.m. I waited absolutely forever for my food. I simply ask how much longer it was going to be because I had other food in the car for my husband and my son. The African American lady snapped at me that they were working on it. That's horrible customer service and I will be contacting corporate because I should have received a refund for my order for having to wait. If you don't have enough people to work then maybe you should hire more or schedule more. Especially during busy times. Also, not to mention the photo, that is a bunch of tortilla strips stacked together and my fiance took it and bit into it and stated that if I had bitten it I would have broke a tooth. That's ridiculous and it's a shame that people can't even do their jobs that they get PAID to do.

Awful.Not only did I get the flu/food poisoning after eating there.They gave me someone else's order and gave my order to someone else and refused to fix it. They were acting extremely rude! I definitely think they are understaffed and deserve better but i also deserve decent food from there at the least. Multiple things have happened at this store ranging from the cashiers not giving me my change and pocketing it to people in drive through flipping me off at this location. Tonight was the breaking point when I ordered offline from their website. It double charged my bank account and I told the ladies working there, I even showed them my bank account transactions so they could see, which they did. They said that my name never came through their system even though it was the right location. They told me that they would give me the corporate number to call because they could not do anything even though it’s through their website. The manager went into the back to hide when the heavy set blonde lady came up and told me that they couldn’t find their own number. I was upset and told them I was double charged and now being refused food. I called a relative to explain the situation while they were finding the number. The heavy set lady was who incredibly rude said that I needed to stop being disrespectful or I could leave and kept staring at me and following my every movement around the store. Anything I said was not disrespectful and only repeating the exact words they told me to my relative. I eventually got corporates number and they’re, not so surprisingly, closed. I am now double charged for an order, never received any food, and now cannot get access to someone who could help. On top of this, the lady kept checking the parking lot for me when I went to my car and talking loudly to her coworkers about me. She came up to my car to give me the number, which I did not appreciate someone coming up to the car. It turned out it was the same number if you Google “Taco Bell corporate”, which they could have easily done but instead the manager hid in the back and the heavy set blonde lady kept being insanely rude. Found out the manager’s name is Brandy though, so I will be calling about my money, food, and to report her as well as the blonde lady.
