Was charged for extra 3 cheese blend on my quesadilla and not only did I not get extra cheese, I got almost no cheese. It was pretty much just tortilla bread and steak. Employees are rude and have an attitude like they don’t care, I attempted to call the store and some dude answered the phone like “Taco Bell” in the most hateful tone. I just hung up. Prices have gone up way too much for trash customer service like this, not coming back.

If I could give zero stars I would. The Taco Bell on W Stone drive is a joke. I waited 40 minutes for my food in the dinning area with 4 those people ahead of me and not one person was getting their food. But by some miracle the drive through filled and and emptied three times before I even got my food. probably only got my food because I complained. plus a little girl working slung my food across the counter once it was done because she was mad at me because I said something about the wait. absolutely no excuse.

I feel like this Taco Bell always skimps on the meat. Every time I order from this location, the tacos, burritos, etc always have way less meat in them than other locations. Maybe the owner or manager of this franchise is skimping on meat to keep costs down.

Went in and waited as at least 6 employees were behind the counter. One female employee asked if I had ordered yet, and when I said no, she walked to the kiosk and told me to order there. I said if I had to order at the kiosk instead of at the register that I would just leave, and she said she could "help" me. I told her no, I wanted to order at the register, and she told me I had to order at the kiosk. I know how this works, because one of the managers/owners already explained it to me. I order at the kiosk, and then, since I'm using cash, they have to transfer my order up to the register, and I pay up there. This is just pure stupidity. How are you going to tell the customer that they can't order at the register, but then that same employee will walk out from behind the counter to "help" you order at the kiosk. Makes absolutely zero sense that your employees refuse to take my order at the register, but are more than willing to take my order at the kiosk. I left and ate somewhere else

They had everyone using a kiosk to order which was complicated enough. Our food was made correct other than my husband and my quesadilla having nothing hardly in it except the middle part and they weren't cutting. . But why I am rating it so low is there is no changing tables in the bathrooms. I sat down to have a meal with my family and had to get up and go out to my car in the cold wind to change my 4 month old daughter. This was completely unacceptable. In today's world changing tables are in men's and women's restrooms so what happened Taco Bell decided to boycott families. We will not be returning to this location since families with diaper wearing children obviously aren't welcome here!Kid-friendliness: 100% not child friendly they are rude. They are loudly talking about rehab programs behind the counter and there was no changing tables in the bathrooms.

I do not know who thought they ate here to get something they can use for a review, but my pictures will proved to you without a shadow of a doubt, this place does not exist.Also I have suggested an edit to Google Maps to remove this location from the maps, THREE TIMES providing this very same proof, and they have done nothing about it.
