I thought this was a joke when I got home. $14 for a mexican pizza and three hard taco supremes. Disgusting I wouldn't feed this to my Dog let alone my Family. Do better Taco Bell. Soggy, hardly any meat, is it even beef?? almost no sour cream, what happened here?

I get soft tacos with no lettuce. Have for decades. Every soft taco I buy I fold the bottom up so the juices don't run out all over me. This morning for lunch I got 4 soft tacos. And each taco already had the bottom folded up so I could eat it immediately without effort. Which is a subtlety I appreciate deeply. Well done, Taco Bell employees. Well done

Lobby was empty. After I ordered and sat down while waiting I noticed how filthy the entire lobby was. The floor looked like it was cleaned with a muddy mop, food everywhere, dirty tables and doors smudged really bad. It was only 11.15 am ? every one of my Taco shells were broken and the meat had water dripping from it so bad that the bad was wet and tearing ? meat on my tacos had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Very frustrating and by the time I left I trashed half my food and felt like I was going to catch a disease if I remained any longer. Sorry Taco bell this is the worst place I have ever been and definitely will never be back.

Always something with this location! I made app order for this location because I forgot to change the location to where I was at. I called to cancel because I could not find anywhere to cancel on the app. They told me I couldn't cancel the order because the food was already made. They never make the order until I show up at the drive thru and tell them I'm there. So that was a lie. Then the manager gets on the phone and said ok well the charge will drop off since I'm not picking up the food. That was a lie. They charged me for food that I never got! So over Taco Bell!

Is it common practice when someone asks to exclude something from their item that you just put it on anyway? Also, why bother asking if we want any sauce when you aren’t gonna put any in the bag? Y’all suck and your service is ridiculous. Maybe work on that!
